@Miss_Allison_D @Cristina331203 @Bell To answer your question, NO ONE should get those stupid extender pods that cost like $10/month. Bell should be getting proper equipment. I was told they’re looking to get better boxes and the voice control remotes to compete with Rogers (so why not actual working models too?)

@Bell_Support Keep in mind that I will be moving soon and cancelling this service anyway so I don't see why I need to pay $300 for garbage I'm cancelling in a week

My address is considered rural even though i am 8 minutes from a city with 98,000 population. Try getting internet.... @Bell 👎🏻 @Rogers @Xplornet 👎🏻. Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!

@Bell_Support the network quality in South Edmonton is horrible. Data transfer reminds me of dialup days. Premium pricing for less than mediocre service ?

@newspeak84 @Bell My house is no where near "that big" and I have issues with basement and bedrooms in a bungalow. The extenders do nothing to help that

@ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isn’t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

@Bell Do not ever get a Bell hub-- cannot get service on weekend. It slows down and cannot be used. Rural internet is useless with Bell.
