Hey @Bell_Support ... why would a customer of over like 10 yrs that hasn't made any changes to their account since last yr, be getting a welcome to bell email now with a first bill date? Currently waiting to speak to someone on live chat but that's taking forever.

  • phase0 Richard Chao (@phase0) reported

@Bell_Support the Fibre service in my neighbour hood has been down for two days now. Can you please provide a update on the service?

@Bell_Support your website has so many mentions chat support but no way to open it. It's all dead links and phone numbers. Can someone from your support DM me asap. Bell seems to think I opened a new account today. I didn't. Somewhat alarming.

@Bell What's going on with your website. I got 2 emails just now making it sound like I had just signed up with Bell (been a customer since 2006). Went to log in to my account to make sure no one else was messing with my account & I keep getting "technical difficulties" messages

  • B_Musing The Bex Files (she/her) (@B_Musing) reported

@Bell_Support Got a "Welcome" email telling my that my "first bill" will arrive soon. Problem: I've been a customer for years. Billing date in email is correct, but I have not made any recent changes to my plan or device. Need to confirm no unauthorized changes have been made.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.
