@Bell wondering how to get off your junk mail/marketing? I am an app customer who asked for no marketing stuff (honestly in this day and age so wasteful). Confirmed everything is correct - still getting junk mail. Thanks

@TELUSsupport cell service in Baltimore, Ontario is HORRIBLE! Dropped calls for the past two months. Happening to both @telus and @Bell customers. Effecting my work from home drastically. This isn't worth what we pay a month.

@Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I’m going to @rogers much better company!

  • 6Ahmad2030 Ahmad2030 (@6Ahmad2030) reported

@Bell_Support Interesting you don’t want to initiate DM with your customer who is asking for your help. I’ve already initiated on many calls past week with still no solution

@TorontoUltra @Bell I complained bitterly, for years, Bell was throttling my bandwidth, no they said it was not bandwidth it was a speed problem. Things would improve for a week or 2 then back to normal. Now they say they have the best bandwidth in the business, it’s just smoke and mirrors.

  • CharLehLi Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support You guys need to get it together. Was promised by one of your guys that I would receive a visa gift card for opening a service and now you’re telling me I’m not? Way to trick your customers.. #falseadvertising

@Bell_Support hey just wondering if your text messaging service is down. Mine keeps saying "waiting for connection"

  • related2karma Victor (@related2karma) reported

@Rogers Why does my wifi connection slow down and often freeze when I visit a @Rogers customer and yet it's fine when I use wifi at a @Bell customers location? Could the reason be that I am a Bell customer?
