    @Bell Escalated the issue to Case Management and got assurances that someone would come by this afternoon, but no one showed up or phoned, and Maureen in CM just went home without contacting me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. 2/2

    @Vandiekins22 @Bell I was in a horrible position myself with Bell a couple years ago. I got as high as I could in customer service department and was told I could accept this "nominal" credit but that was all they could do and they were quite happy to help me cancel my account when it came to it.

    @modernfarmer @Bell @Mornington1919 I spent over 2 hours with bell trying to get internet fixed. Last call they just up sold us on new internet. Today that won't work. Nothing like wasting part of a day saying I need a tech out just for them to tell me I need one an hour later.... terrible service

    @Vandiekins22 @Bell Laura, I left Bell almost 20 years ago because their customer service was awful, even though their internet runs better than Rogers.

    @Bell Is there anyone competent working for Bell? I ordered Internet service, yet a week after someone was supposed to do the installation, I still have no Internet AND now I have no phone service because a technician messed up the wiring in the wall. 1/2

    @Bell how can you leave an 87+ yr old couple without phone service until Tuesday. This has been an ongoing issue that they've reported several times. These wonderful people do not have cell phones, that is why they pay for home line service. @CBCNS @CBC
