@ItalianHabsMike @antonio_bmtl @Bell_Support So I pay $250 for the NFL & NHL Centre Ice is another $200. So I opt for the cheaper French version that only shows Habs and Sens games for $60. But every year early in the year this happens. It's like they don't give a **** about the French customers (or in my case cheap Anglo)

@Bell my grandmother will be 80 in November. She is only one of many with no landline on the eastern shore (NS). Others don’t have cellphones so no way to call in event of emergency. For a company who was supposed to bring better internet by 2022.

Thank you @Bell technicians for solving the technical issue with the phone lines. Glad to have everything back up & running. Unfortunately the @Bell_Support agent I spoke with via cellphone was zero help!

@Bell Problem is I looked into it while the modem might be wifi 6 if that is what you have the pods are not. So anyone with wifi 6 modems this is not technically an up to date pod for that type of internet you are getting

@Bell Thanks for your support, I tried calling a landline directly with country code+ area code+number, however it didn't connect instead played a recording that overseas calling is available on request, please call 611 to add. Could you please advise?
