@Bell I placed an order today but was not informed of a 2 year commitment. I also wanted to change my plan. Unless I activate my plan I cant change it. I decided to cancel. 1 person said they would cancel my order another said to not accept the equipment. This is not acceptable.

@Bell_Support BC93P99M-on the phone with Bell to see if I can get the other service. Speaking to Mike in sales. Not getting anywhere.The other service is unavailable even though I face the Bell tower.I would like to find out why.He has transferred me to nowhere. My frustration is increasing!
