The @Bell cellular network is so bad that level two techs are simply closing tickets without contact and investigation. #fail

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support Yes I had bell in the past they are garbage ! And they don’t care about customer just money ! Rogers actually has decent customer service !

  • Gene91859415 Gene (@Gene91859415) reported

@Rogers Rogers and @Bell are both doing a terrible job serving rural Canadians. Time to up your games or see massive numbers switch to foreign satellites based systems. Do it! Do it now!

  • Catvanzyl Cat van Zyl (@Catvanzyl) reported

@_Wendy_L_ @Bell_Support @startca Looking into this. I need to file a complaint with the CRTC, for all the good it will do.

  • julialove @julialove 🅥 (@julialove) reported

When you cancel your @Bell services in advance and they harass you with sales calls to the point you have to block them then decide to just unexplainably charge you more. Go **** yourselves.

  • Tysylio Tysylio (@Tysylio) reported

@Bell when you charge me $75 to cancel my service with you, it only solidifies that I made the right decision. Good luck with your future, I'm happy to not be part of it.

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support Is it your WiFi connection...or the internet itself... If it's wifi issue get your own router and connect it to their modem. Cable company wifi sucks in general

  • sarahdemille Sarah DeMille (@sarahdemille) reported

@Bell_Support is there an estimate for when the outage in Whitby, Ontario will be fixed? Hoping for internet so I can work tomorrow 🤞

  • kentheginger Ken Arscott (@kentheginger) reported

@Bell When is ajax getting it?? It's terrible with only 100 down and 10 up L1T 3M9.

  • DarkCrusade6 Brandon (DarkCrusade6) (@DarkCrusade6) reported

@GSwassi @Bell Bell has never been nice to anyone, with how much they charge. Rogers is a lot cheaper, I pay $96 a month and have 20mbps upload speed.
