Hey @Bell_Support - no Fibe TV service now in south Etobicoke. Tv screen is all pixels and frozen. Tried to restart my box and it don’t do anything. All I see is the Bell Fibe screen

Bell is suffering a major outage for many BellTV and FibeTV clients. Mostly issues with resolution, PVR or total malfunction of the receiver. They rarely warn the public at large. But it's affecting thousands from Quebec City to Windsor @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support on hold with bell support for Fibe TV for an hour and then they disconnected the call. Online chat features are down. No TV service for almost 2 hours now.

@Bell_Support My Fibe TV and wireless internet are not working. I have tried rebooting as well as a hard reset. I have also tried the virtual repair tool! I cannot get through on the phone due to high call volumes. Oh and according to the Bell website, there are no outages!!!

@Bell_Support May 17: Our Bell Fibe TV service is not working. We live in North York (M3J). We tried to contact you via Chat but no one is available (instructed to try again later). My husband was then on the phone for 45+ minutes waiting to speak with an agent and suddenly cut off. Grrrrrr.
