    @Bell_Support - I'm on the West Island of Montreal. Bell says internet is up, but downdetector and my service say otherwise. Is there an outage?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Can you stop logging into my Ignite router and setting it to AUTO. It's selects the WORST WiFi channels, ruining coverage in my house. STOP ! STOP! STOP! Otherwise going back to @Bell
