    Ugh so now instead of a busy signal, when both lines are busy, patients hear a message from Bell that the number is not in service. Creating lots of chaos. So we are well into the 2nd week of ongoing problems and nobody can help @Bell_Support @cbcgopublic

    @Bell_Support Bell is the most unprincipled company. I’m done with you - I’ll pay you for the equipment I returned 9 months ago but when I say I will never do business with you again I sincerely mean it.

    Terrible experience moving @bell services to my new home. Was forced to cancel my services and switch to Rogers… I had good experiences with Bell over the past couple years which made this even more disappointing…

    @erin_poulton @Bell Brutal. Our cable went down once for a bit but the internet is often very unreliable when they’re working. I think there will be a few community led lawsuits coming.

    @Bell_Support I called so many times. Customer service reply same message. It takes 24 hours to solve the problems. I don’t understand why they need 24 hours like company bell.
