@Bell internet down 3 days, I can spend more money for replacement hub and sign up for higher bills if I want restored. #awfulservice

  • GinaLCline Gina (@GinaLCline) reported

@Bell_Support bell hub down since Saturday. Bell can’t fix but I can buy a new hub from them for $130 w/ new contract & higher mthly bill. #horribleservice #whybeloyal #timetocancel #expensive

  • szucs_john John Szucs (@szucs_john) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support @Bellcanadalies @CTVNews @cbcmarketplace @globalnews Bell's promotional prices are for new customers only. The rest of us don't matter, apparently. But if you cancel your service and wait 15 days, voila, you're a new customer and qualify for the lower prices.

  • szucs_john John Szucs (@szucs_john) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies @CBCNews @CTVNews @cbcmarketplace Screenshots to come of chat with Bell Support about why existing customers don't qualify for the new great rates, but if you cancel, wait 15 days, then you qualify for the newer, lower rates. So much hassle!

@_DanBoise_ Trust me! At a point my internet went from a gig download speed to 10kbs all through the day. Called on three separate occasions & nothing was done & on the third call the guy told me it was my problem & hung up on me so switched after more then 10years with @Bell

  • jenniejen1234 Jen (@jenniejen1234) reported

@Bell is there an outage or something in Mississauga all of a sudden my internet and tv died!

  • taxbuster88 ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported

@tedwoodhead @CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng Except for us who live in rural areas where "wired" option is not bothered with by (say) @bell or @Telus (lesser Shaw) who already have copper but REFUSE to string fibre. So fixed wireless is all we have for REAL BANDWIDTH. Cell coverage equally bad, expensive and low b'width.
