    @Bell_Support your company made a mistake that left two students without internet for 24+ hours as someone from your company disconnected our internet and refused to send someone out to fix it as you seen it as non emergency.

    @Bell_Support It forced us to have to go in public to get internet risking our health during a pandemic. Not only that I was on the phone with people and received the worse customer service, I had people from your company yelling at me/ threatening to hang up and refuse service

    @Bell @BellMobility Hey! Why is your missed payments still showing up on my credit report? For an account that had no balance and was transferred to a business account an hour later! You said 3 times you'd remove it OVER 3 years! FIX IT! Or I give the CCTS and CRTC a call.

    @TELUS the customer service I received is so unpleasant and there is no loyalty for the customers. Switching from bell to telus was the worst decision I ever made in my life Hands down bell is one of the best service providers out there @bell #loot #unhappyclient #telus

    @Bell_Support Hello, how often does Bell re-propagate its servers? We are having connectivity issues related to gateway timeouts and in the past it was because Bell servers had not re-propagated on schedule.

    @Bell - been without internet for two days and can't get anyone from tech support to resolve the issue. Was sent a new modem, it's broken, was told to use my phone and hotspot...not ideal during a global pandemic when trying to work from home...

    @Humanitaires @Bell @Bell_Support Don't fix, just leave and go with an other provider. Until they figure out how to treat people or figure out a BETTER WAY to have actual people on the phone with them and not make them get out on hold for 1h 30m only to get hung up on... switch. That's my suggestion
