@FF_MuTeX @Bell So I have had this issue and it’s when the pc and modem get confused on which network it should connect to. I use private network (home internet) and my wife had to run a VPN for her work from home and it would cause this to happen. I had to manually restart network on computer

@Bell_Support 2/ treat customers. He bullied a senior in order to keep his call time down and meet his metrics. I get that you're a social media person and not a manger, but pass this conversation up the chain. We're currently working on converting a 4th household to your competitor.

My older parents receivers (all THREE) quit working with the remotes. Tech support made them reboot and when it didn't fix them bullied them into being charged $30 for a new remote, which will be snail mailed to them. @Bell "support" refused to send a tech out. I'm so angry!

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Does your modem like completely shut off and restart? Or does it just act like you hit the reset button? Because if it completely shuts off then it’s an electricity issue and your outlet might have a short. If not, I’m not sure that’s weird.

@Bell_Support Except you won't. I'll call from another city and they'll tell me they can't help because they need me to reboot the boxes and jump through the hoops. We've been through this before, when I WAS on the acct. This is a problem with the way your employees are trained and how they

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Well what I’m getting at is we both were wired into the modem even though it was essentially 2 networks. It couldn’t decide who to give the internet to causing my internet to go out and then caused modem to reset. So I reset network in windows and pushed reset button on modem

@FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that

@FF_MuTeX @Bell @FF_MuTeX did they try changing you to a different port/channel at the main hub which services your house/area? Apparently that was our issue, with our service according to our tech. Something to do with our account/previous account on that port was causing the problem.
