The worst thing ever. I ordered a new phone and it stated I’d get it in 3-5 days now all of a sudden it’s back ordered and god knows how long it’ll take. @Bell @Bell_Support do better.

@Bell came home to no internet. Your tech support says it’s a planned outage for 48 hours in Toronto. This is unacceptable. 2 business days? No notification!? In 2022? Unacceptable

@Bell @Bell_Support Hi I returned your equipment more than 30 days prior to the stated notice & I am still charged $199 extra. I shipped the equipment on Oct4th. You received it on 5thOCT Yet, still charged for unreturned equipment on the bill due Nov17. How slow R UR systems?

Dear @Bell my issue is pending with you guys since 25 Aug 2022. Every time I have to call the customer care explain the story spent my 1 hour & end up with no Resolution. Is there any way you guys can close the issue now?

@Bell Bell refuses to repair land lines as they are being decommissioned in march 2023 in some areas. Despite paying for a land line technicians are not being sent out to fix them. Shame on Bell leaving paying customers vulnerable.

@Bell Canada constant increase my Internet coset. I really want to move away from them. I had a contract of 150MB service. But after I moved, it is only 60MB, but they don't allow me to cancel. Because of the contract. Any method to get me out of the contract?
