On hold with @Bell to help my parents in Stittsville - phone line on their lawn, no service. Once I got through & set an appt for tomorrow, I thanked the staffer for helping everyone. They were taken aback to receive a thx. Pls thank customer support people - it’s easy!

@Bell_Support I'm a teksavvy customer that uses bells dls lines in over 24 hours I was disconnected yet I had DSL connection After the Storm was done use the internet all night that night woke up the next morning and my internet was disconnected so now bend over 24 hours plz fiz dls lines

@Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?

@Bell_Support This is awful. Saturday was we were told it would be up by 6P Sunday, Sunday we were told today by 7P .. and now I’m reading people who have reached out and they’re saying the current ETA is tomorrow by 8A. I hope you guys are planning to credit your cms
