    @Bell_Support almost 4 days without internet in east York. Every timeline prediction you’ve given has passed with no results. Even the Rogers outage was fixed in 2 days. I’m starting to think I’m with the wrong company. This is sad

    Don’t believe @Bell when ordering product. Claims 2-5 biz days for delivery. Been 5 weeks now with no comms. Terrible customer service. Shoulda gone with @Rogers

    @Bell_Support I'll start here with 2 things that happened then DM the rest but I doubt a Social media rep can help. Selling us on a bundle when there is apparently known issue in our area then telling me if I cancel the home phone (that will NEVER work) everything else goes up in price. /1

    @Bell_Support Just please fix your portal. When I click on view my bill it says site can’t be reached. This can’t be just a me thing. I’m not going to lose anymore time on it. I’ll try again when I have time and hope you fixed it by then.

    @Bell my landline is down and I was told by your support department that there’s no repairs during weekend. Can you tell me how am I supposed to run my business if no client can dial in?

    @Bell_Support Your EU roaming charges have recently increased and become *extremely* expensive - up to $300 per month. So F rom now on I’ll be using local eSIMs, so you’ll get zero roaming revenue from this customer.

    @Bell Is there a problem with Bell Mobility coverage or cell sites in London, ON tonight? The cellphone reception on my mom's ZTE flip phone is fluctuating from medium signal to very low or non-existent making it difficult if not impossible to show her how to use the cellphone.

    @Bell_Support /3 TV Tech was to arrived before 5pm, never showed up. Called in and they rescheduled for next day. Then at 7:30 in the dark a stranger opens our door walks straight into my home, unmasked. We were in complete shock.

    @Bell_Support the worst response and service. Why does Bell have a “support” portal when they do nothing? Is this just a massive CON to pretend your listening?
