Bell Canada Issues ReportsLatest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
@Bell_Support I think Bell might have some of the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and now I'm being told it takes over 6 weeks to fix an Issue that I notified them about an hour after it happened.
@Bell_Support I tried to switch to your mobile service but never received my sim cards I want to bring over my two devices but no one seems to be able to help. Which number can I call I'm tired of the ring around maybe I should stick with eastlink.
@Bell_Support I’ve been getting spam calls from 9 different numbers in the last 1 hour. It’s someone saying they’re from Amazon and I know it’s a scam. Help me stop this!!!
from Winnipeg, Manitoba
@Bell_Support my internet and phone data are either not working, or are extremely spotty. What's going on? Is this a winnipeg thing?
@Bell @Bell @Bell looking to decrease my services with you and the price your loyalty department is giving me is almost the same as what I’m paying now. I guess being a long time customer doesn’t count anymore. #cancelservice #switchtoRogers
@Bell_Support Well i find your Bell Fibe TV kind of useless. Very limited channels that can be viewed "off" Bell Network. That's not really giving users a service and we pay for it. Next time somebody tells me how are you enjoying your Fibe TV, I'm going to say 1/5. Not worth it.
@Bell_Support You still have not fixed the distribution box at county Rd # 6 and Simmons Rd in Wilton Ont. The door on it is still wide open. The latch is broken. It blows open during high winds. It's been doing this for several years now.
@Bell dear bell. PlutoTV -best menu on any app or tv anwhere. why do all the free stations have great apps but the paid ones are garbage? -something is up. 💩🪰
Never let anyone, including your work, treat you with disrespect or belittle you. I will never forget when my boss @Bell @BellMediaPR @Bell_LetsTalk would belittle me and others. I spoke to her in confidence to her, only for her to tell my coworkers! #toxicworkplace #shameonbell
@Bell_Support for the past few months I have tried to upgrade my device online. No matter if I use my phone, laptop, clear cookies, incognito… it’s can’t be done and I keep getting told to try again or pay 50$ for a “upgrade fee” for a person to help me. Why isn’t this working?
