    @Bell Yet my mom was charged for using 48 additional minutes on a plan that should have given her 100 minutes and not the 10 @Bell left her with after increasing the price…while her @Bell landline was down.

    On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support

    @Bell Patchy data coverage across the lower mainland, yet brag about how great theirs is compared to competitors and how emergency services " only use Bell " , will be changing my service provider at the end of my contract.
