@Bell_Support left door knockers on all houses in the 'hood today advertising fibre directly to the house. Called the number 4 times, got hung up on while on hold 4 times. Stunningly poor service is just one reason why Canada needs more competition, not cabals.

@StugatzInOtown I tried to get @Bell_Support to give me some additional data at no charge, since we’re on day 5 of a power outage and have unlimited internet that we can’t use…and no dice. These companies are awful.

Hey @Rogers, it in your training manual to just keep transferring customers while on the phone until they get so fed up they just hang up? Because if so, the last couple people I talked to should get a raise. I can't wait for @Bell Fibre to get installed in my neighborhood.

@blairbeckwith @Bell For every scam call I get, I deserve a $1 rebate on my bill. See how fast those calls would stop if there was a consequence for their **** service.

@koodo FYI - my neighbours who have Rogers and @Bell_Support both got some support. We’re all comparing notes for future reference.

In today’s episode of you’ve got to be f’ing kidding me. A 🧵 Due to the hurricane that ripped through Ottawa, I don’t have Internet (but I’ve got power, so I’m definitely better off than others) So I call @bell “customer service”

So I ask to speak to a supervisor. I’m told there are none because they’re actually closed now and he’s staying working overtime to help with my problem. @Bell do not pay that moron a single extra cent for tonight because he’s just cost you a customer.

Is it just me? I can barely send an email on @rogers in outage area but my neighbor is watching Netflix on his @Bell phone next door. Tell me about your cell/Dara experience during this crazy storm outage.
