@bell service moving department is not doing service on booked date and don’t want to help if I want to set up by own. I want to cancel my account & you need cancellation fees? This is #scam #fraud you are doing. Why do I pay cancellation fees, if you are not giving me service?

  • NickLewis88 Chronick at war (@NickLewis88) reported

@Bell_Support wtf is up with the internet in Kitchener? It's been cutting out for like the last 5 or 6 hours sometimes every 5 or so minutes.

  • ramyyared Ramy Yared (@ramyyared) reported

@bell it's been 8 days now that I've been waiting for someone on your "level 2 tech" team to fix my mobile data problem. You sure were quick to send your invoice like clockwork, never mind that been since Jun 21 that my mobile data speeds are running at a top speed of 60 KB/sec!

Where’s the value to me as a consumer to be loyal, when you offers are insulting at best and straight pathetic at worst. @Bell has the best price (for me) but @TELUS has that nifty call screening feature. Telus also gives me a proper 30% EPP.

  • TheRealKhimji Irfahn Khimji (@TheRealKhimji) reported

So, normally calls from your local Telco are annoying and useless. BUT, I must say, @Bell called and it was actually very useful. Short, sweet, and got me to remain a customer instead of being on the fence about leaving. #customerservice

@Bell_Support Is there a timeline on service being restored in the Waterdown area?

@Bell_Support Thx. Still no service after 6 days.not a happy customer.

  • miltee_tdot miltee (@miltee_tdot) reported

My phone bill went up 20% this month due to "higher network demands and costs." @Bell made $687M in Net Income Q1. Wish there was open competition in the telcom space in Canada to bury these white collar criminals.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support No internet or fibe tv for 6 days. Two technicians sent to my house. Say it’s a main box issue and not my house. Then they leave and never come back. They said “it might be fixed tomorrow. Or the next day or the next day”.
