@cg_canning @Bell That's absolutely abhorent, diplorable and ******* inexcusable! He's putting his ego first and that's it. Wtf is wrong with doing his job with some compassion for another person. Mabey such companies should inquire if their customers prefer using masks and send someone who does!

@Bell_Support And don’t ask me to delete and reinstall my mailbox. I’ve done this 10 times already (on my iPhone and iPad) and it’s the same issue every time. My iPad says I have 523 unread emails - yet they are nowhere to be found/seen/read in the mail app either.

@LeisspLeiss @Bell_Support Exactly. The error message should not be "you have entered invalid credentials" when your system is down. We don't need to be looking up and changing passwords if the message could just be something accurate. Please try again later might get the point across.
