    @Bell_Support The same problem is happening with us in Quebec... Bell said the problem would be resolved by 3am, it's still not resolved. No internet... no TV... nothing. Their website is not even updated.

    @MIHomeYGK @Bell So... @Bell has told me that an appointment needs to be made in order to fix the "issue" ... This is why I do not deal with Bell... Ever

    @PtashkaT @Bell_Support They have and if you call them they will tell you. They said a 3rd party cut a fiber line that fed directly into a cell tower. I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers

    Hey @Bell_Support wtf is going on with my service in Barrie? Has been out for 9hrs now. Internet/tv/cell service. All services down for 9hrs. One email sent to me 9hrs ago with zero updates.
