@Bell_Support my fine connection was cut today. Your service staff were outside. I booked an appointment for tomorrow. I got a text message saying the appointment is cancelled because there is an outage. Outage check tells me that isn't true and my neighbour's connection is fine.

@MuffinManz17 @TorontoUltra @Bell Same. I bought the bowl pass just in case, but am so infuriated by this process that I might just cancel my hotel/flight reservations and watch on TV. This is purely amateurish and not expected from a well run org. I literally was signed up for email alerts for this purpose. And
