KyFlo (@flop78) reportedwtf yet another monthly fee increase for @Bell internet. Like it runs on oil ? What's @Rogers offer? Just waive that damn "price increase without notice" clause already!
-
Kevin Roberto (@robilarious) reported@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡
-
Pratik (@PiratePratik) reported@Bell_Support Are you working on resolving my issue???? I don’t need to hear anything else
-
Peter Turner (@PeterTu67128266) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Last time I converted to Rogers, a senior sales guy called and I told him that I wasn't doing this every 2 years. He called me a "loyal customer" and it would be locked in except for standard increase. Gone up about $20 in 7 years. And I don't have to " threaten' them anymore

-
shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.

Deedeefor (@DeedeeFor98) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell It really is a tiring game. How is it "new" customer can get blah blah blah for $ but long existing customers get nothing until we call and complain.

A Kar (AKK) (@AjumaKar) reported@Bell did management learn that once a customer leaves because deals are offered to new customers and not to the ones that have been loyal. They never return.
