What would @Bell and @Rogers do if we all suddenly decided that we didn’t want to use cell phones, tv or internet anymore? Better yet, what if we all became so poor we couldn’t afford their services anyway. How would they keep making money?

  • Teddibur Gerald (@Teddibur) reported

Hey @Bell It's my fault for not doing my research and checking out Freedom Mobile before I signed with them, but is there a way you can either pay out, or take over my contract? Their service sucks. And considering I'm diabetic and need to talk to my doctor, I won't stay with em.

  • Amy_Saydak Amy (@Amy_Saydak) reported

@Bell A Rep just informed me that when my contract is up I am not allowed to sign a new contract and finance the remaining balance on my phone, despite having no problem financing the rest of the phone. Please explain this to me and make it make sense.

  • S_D3ol S DEOL (@S_D3ol) reported

@Bell_Support called your customer service line and was told by your rep that they don’t care if I am happy with your service. When asked to transfer to sup, transferred to irrelevant team member. Care to explain? Feeling bad for switching from @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • Amy_Saydak Amy (@Amy_Saydak) reported

@Bell_Support Just so the world here knows they told me in dm that this is exactly correct. There's no way to finance your remaining phone balance and if you resign a contract you lose your current cheaper rate plan. Absolutely disgusting. Will never do business with @bell again.

  • Amy_Saydak Amy (@Amy_Saydak) reported

@Bell a Rep just informed me that when I resign my contract I cannot keep my current rate plan and I will be forced into a more expensive rate plan. Please explain to me how you are supporting customer loyalty by forcing your repeat customers to pay higher rates.

Anyone else having issues with @Bell_Support/@LuckyMobileCan during the storm in Ontario? Getting texts but every time try to text out it times out but I can make calls?

  • khufu29 AnnH (@khufu29) reported

@bell I am wondering if there is a policy or procedure available determining who you will provide service to and who you will deny it to. Living in southwestern Ontario you would almost think we could get more than 1 bar 3G or SOS whatever that is

  • bighair1992 Christine Danroth (@bighair1992) reported from Prince Rupert, British Columbia

Terrible customer service from @virginmobile @Bell stuck with a broken phone for 25 days. No call from escalation team.

  • Comfortcove Ward Pike 🇳🇱 🇮🇹 🇮🇷 (@Comfortcove) reported

@jordanstringer @BellMediaPR HEAR HEAR! It's only a matter of time before @Bell or Bell Mobility makes a customer's life a living hell. Last week, partner got dinged with a $400 Bill because our 12 year old Accidentally had his data on for TWO DAYS! It wasn't possible. Who cares? Nobody at Bell cares!
