@DannieD2112 @Bell They do it on purpose. Those boxes are basically purposely slowed down by Bell. It's all a ruse to get you to call in complain and they pressure you to buy or upgrade to a new plan that often leads to more $ for them in the long run.

On hold to try to get the charges reversed. 1 hour of my time so far. Waiting for the 4th “representative”. The last person didn’t even tell me they were going to transfer me 🙄😡. I’m in god know which queue now because everyone so far “not their problem” 😖. @Bell_Support
