@Bell_Support our internet is down in milton. Any news or updates?

@CanadiensMTL @Bell Incredibly, hockey will be considered an essential service in Quebec. If these guys get pulled over after 8pm, they just have to flash their toothless smiles and hockey sticks.

@Srivastav_06 @Bell As a follow up .. I find customer service people in Canada do not as a rule lower our bills and are not sympathetic to our plight, whereas customer service overseas bend over backwards to do what they can to lower our tv or internet bills. My experience :)

  • MBensette NBHOpX (@MBensette) reported

@Bell_Support by far the worst service AND support I have received by any company in a long time. Total disregard for my time and money. You guys are really dropping the ball.

  • palarmondin Iampamelaaannnn 🇨🇦🍁☘ (@palarmondin) reported

@Bell I rec'd msg that bill is increasing $3.00 because you are improving network. Well, 1/2 the time I have trouble connecting. Perhaps you can make network reliable, increase speed, & provide 5G to Northern Ontario before increasing fees to already exorbitant costs.

  • epolla7 EALP (@epolla7) reported

So pleased @Bell is raising their rates. Funny how they never want to "talk" about why they don't honour loyal paying costumers. Can't wait to scroll past their @Bell_LetsTalk PR nonsense later this month. 🙄

  • _NotPsycho k y l e (@_NotPsycho) reported

I will never understand how @Bell’s internet gets worse when it’s cold outside. like it actually makes no sense.

  • markuscanada Markus (@markuscanada) reported

Not happy paying for a service that is not WORKING. @Bell

  • AdamAJTupper Adam Tupper (@AdamAJTupper) reported

You know, @bell, maybe during a pandemic isn’t the best time to increase your plan costs. $3 extra a month, on a $125 plan, spread across tens of thousands of people, when you’re already making billions from your customers, is garbage.

  • HeyAmandaR heyamandar 🇨🇦 (@HeyAmandaR) reported

@Bell_Support I have the top internet package with you, yet I get notifications multiple times a week that my internet is unstable. Why does this happen, what can be done?
