  He will not because despite being with them 15 yrs, Bell refuses to offer a loyalty plan b/c they can't verify who I am. They can't verify who I am because I can't receive texts. I can't receive texts because MY PHONE IS BROKEN. What do you expect people to do, @Bell_Support?

  Looks like Starlink Roaming is literally my only choice at this point. I've called 6 different ISPs and none of them have service at our new place x.x @Bell is the only other company that has service out there but it's just not worth dealing with them again.

  @Nur87Erol @easton_cheri @Bell_Support I called this morning, was told by the lady on the phone that it is a known issue. Expected service restoration by 6pm tonight but not guaranteed. She couldn't elaborate further on the issue.

  @bell how is your service pricing different based on ones address? I noticed Internet is 50% more expensive in King City, ON than Ottawa, ON… How could this be!?
