After being a customer of @Bell for decades only when I call to cancel am I offered these "fantastic" loyalty discounts on my services. Might have been nice to have these offered before.

@uhXena @Bell The price is BAD. Internet alone is $136 for me. I said decent meaning that its a reliable service. Honestly, I've been thinking a out switching back to Rogers because I was getting more or less the same service, PLUS cable for less than that. In short, I was agreeing with you.

Am I the only person who thinks @Bell_Support is a bit off? The message "Phone for support if your phone isn't working" is just a bit daft isn't it? Is there perhaps a better manner to serve your customers who can't use the phone? Shall I call on a Rogers line instead?

Average time with customer service at @Bell to turn on the TSN package is about a half hour. It should be less than 5 minutes on the website but they still haven't fixed this problem. @TSN_Sports
