    Just incase anyone is wondering how @Bell @Bell_Support treats customers look no further after almost 18 years with them they are trying to charge me for a defective box that @PurolatorHelp lost. I just read a tweet about their horrible service yesterday how ironic!

    @Bell @Bell_Support I am not interested in having to sign up for more services. I want Bell to deal with these annoying, harassing phone calls that keep happening. Surely a giant media company has technology to deal with this? Don’t just ignore this issue.

    @Bell @Bell_Support where is the loyalty I sent the package on the 20th of October through @PurolatorHelp would you guys think to call me to confirm I sent it rather than slap a loyal customer with an additional $224. Isn’t that just bad business?

    Hey @Bell I pre-ordered my iPhone over a week ago. Do you think I can have it or should I wait until Santa is coming down my chimney to get it. What was the point of the pre-order? I wonder if @Rogers has a new one I can have? 🤔

    @Bell_Support 1 of your reps said the defective box was located & is just delayed. I’m not sure why a costumer would be charged for a defective box that I tried to have you guys repair & your reps sent me to get a new box...again this is horrible customer service esp. for a loyal customer!

    Big shout out @Rogers keeping an almost 30 years customer happy! 3 hours on the phone, new agreement for my 4 lines from 3, unison, tablet & unlimited data. Perfect & better than anticipated for $3 more/month. Great customer service.@Bell should learn from this. #MakeMorePossible
