@Bell_Support Once again these wires are down! Can you please have them removed permanently @Bell_Support ? As I mentioned previously this is a backyard where children play which is a big safety hazard.

@Rogers totally unacceptable. Your frequent outages are getting out of hand. This is the second outage in two weeks. Either refund or take responsibility to get things up and running. Be an actual competition to @Bell. @Bell, please get us a fibe connection in the area.

@Bell_Support any estimate on how long the internet outage affecting East York is going to last? Started at 1:40 PM. I work from home so I need to know whether I should be making special arrangements for tomorrow.

@Bell how do I make an official complaint against an agent? 1. They were rude. 2. They refused to provide an employee id and told me they would be fired for doing so. 3. They gave me a reference no that didn’t match the chat transcript. 4. Never organized the call back promised.

  • Chris_Elias Christine Elias (@Chris_Elias) reported

@Bell_Support - I am not a customer so can't use your chat help. A temporary Bell cable — which had been there for years, so not so temp — has been strung in my tree going to my neighbour’s house. How do I communicate my desire to have this cable removed from my property?
