    @CandaceSaid @Bell Hope so. Bell Media is still making cold calls to promote great prices for potential phone/internet users. "These calls will be recorded for customer assurance." I said I hoped so because they need to know I have now officially severed ALL ties with them, including now CTV.

    @Bell_Support what should we as new home owners do without internet and also working from home ? This is causing issues for us to work from home. We are using mobile hotspot and even that data is over. Please escalate

    @bell good to know that somethings never change. Your customer service is still dismal. You still waste hours of people's time waiting on hold, waiting entire days for your techs to do installs, promising things that never come to fruition. Thanks for wasting my time.

    Well I have to say I'm relieved, back to @Bell and kicked @shaw mobile to the curb. Nothing but connectivity issues with Shaw. Roaming wouldn't kick in while the slightest Shaw signal existed that wouldn't send an email or make a call. SMS fail while roaming. #terriblequality
