    @Bell_Support I am facing bell internet issue since last 7 days , City Mississauga and postal code is L5V2N3 . Throughput is pathetic ,I had similar issue in May 2020 and seems not fixed yet. Changing me 90$ p.m for FIBE 50 and getting only 16 MB DL & 0.6 MB UL ticket #50158339

    @Bell_Support Hello, how often does Bell re-propagate its servers? We are having connectivity issues related to gateway timeouts and in the past it was because Bell servers had not re-propagated on schedule.

    @Bell_Support Wow do you guys read? I clearly said Pixel 4 yet you sent me to YOUR BELL PAGE! where it clearly says you ONLY support Samsung Devices! Wake up Bell Pixel Phones are ANDROID created by GOOGLE! You should support them first! @madebygoogle @Google see what we deal with!! ENABLE IT!

    @Bell_Support Yeah I've been doing that for literally 5-6 months now and It's the same constant run around of "we are sorry to hear that but we can't do anything", I want someone who ACTUALLY knows their job and is going to help instead of brushing me off...

    Stupid question: why can't call centres for major telecom companies invest in phones that work? I've yet to get a customer service rep who is audible enough to understand. I'm looking at you, @Bell_Aliant and @Bell_Support. My phone works fine. What's wrong with yours?

    @Humanitaires @Bell_Support Having been with them for two years, I’m not surprised! They are setting a new example of terrible customer service everyday! Hope they realize that we expect a certain degree of respect as consumers and they should be more ethical.
