Hey @Bell @Bell_Support how about stop throttling my internet? I only have 10Mbps to start with (fastest available in my area) why throttle it down to 3Mbps all the time? it's barely usable as it dips below 1Mbps.

  • danathepaina danathepaina (@danathepaina) reported

@Bell worst customer service ever. YOU call me, put me on hold, try to sell me services instead of fixing my problem. I hang up on you cuz you've wasted enough time of my life and your team calls back trying to sell me more services. What the actual f*CK is wrong with #bell

  • Stopworkplacebu Stopworkplacebullies (@Stopworkplacebu) reported

@DPocroianu @Bell Yes.. some workplace bullies Actually believe that they OWN YOU. In their minds you must do what they want and accept their bad behaviors or they will set out to destroy you. All the while, you are INNOCENT and just stood up for your rights, which they don't believe you have any.

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

@Stopworkplacebu @Bell My soul was hurting selling things to poor customers that didn't know what they were buying like types of phones w no idea how to use or turbo sticks that was the worse for people that weren't teck savvy but Bell made a boat load of money from their mistakes during that period

@bell - my internet is down and I was promised a call with an hour. It's now been 90 minutes. What gives?

  • thomasnotthomas maybe thomas (@thomasnotthomas) reported

congrats for somehow having worse customer service than verizon @bell

  • idkez Daniel OLIVIER (@idkez) reported

@Superpig @Bell Had a similar problem with Fido. They provisioned a line, but we never activated. That didn't matter, as the charges started to accrue. Cleared it up months later, after bunch of angry calls from collections (who had no power to correct the mistake). Tried everything. **** Fido

@Bell_Support why is so hard to get in contact with a supervisor?? I need someone to call me back. Terrible customers service. Im being transferred from one person to another and nothing is getting solved!!

  • Kevinmichaelt Kevin Michael (@Kevinmichaelt) reported

So I have no internet at home... because @Bell_Support apparently changed the line over to one that’s not even compatible with my modem... Im not even a Bell customer. Im with @TekSavvyCSR, who have no idea why Bell would change the line. This is wonderful.

  • Kevinmichaelt Kevin Michael (@Kevinmichaelt) reported

@TekSavvyCSR Things like that should never happen without consulting the customer, because things like this happen where it’s not compatible. But I understand that on @Bell_Support and not TS
