Is anyone in Area Code 519 having a problem making long distance calls with @Bell_Support and @Bell ? Cannot make them, line goes dead. Local calls, are Ok.

  • JanetCeltic Janet Robinson (@JanetCeltic) reported

@louford1 @Bell_Support Interesting...I have found the opposite Rogers service continually dropped! Bell customer service has been great. Fixed my issues quickly

  • Princess__Dee Dee (@Princess__Dee) reported

@Bell who do I have to contact to get the same service that I currently have? I am being told that it is currently not available and it's literally 3.5 km from where I currently live? Please make it available for my new residence. Please make it happen. Thanks in advance.

  • louford1 peter mitchell (@louford1) reported

DM ing @Bell_Support with my Rogers data because the Bell home internet is so bad and they don’t know or don’t care to fix it (or answer DM’s). Kinda thinking their commercials might not be telling the real story

  • mysticpest Tristan Isolde 💪 Calling Bullshit... hello? (@mysticpest) reported

@Bell I returned to Bell 8 months ago because of nonsensical predatory pricing. Bell just let me and $400+ a month go in hopes they could garnishee another $15 out of me. At Bell, you're not a customer, you're just a pocket to pick.

  • keepingpenney Lacey (@keepingpenney) reported

@Bell Your customer service needs more than that to get better...🙄

  • Max_Payne_CEO MaxPayneCEO (@Max_Payne_CEO) reported

@Jaden_Hercules @Bell_Support @Rainbow6Game They have the worst service ever- Rogers is coming up with fiber soon- I am ditching Bell forever anyways- I have the best fiber plan- Was promised tech will show lol that never happened. They want you to DM so no one else knows about their BS service.

  • AStokes_01 Andrew Stokes (@AStokes_01) reported

@Bell_Support Seems like it might have been an intermittent outage as the service has resumed fully. Thank you.

  • louford1 peter mitchell (@louford1) reported

@Bell_Support the incompetence is staggering- after three separate service calls - we are no further ahead than we ever were. Technicians not even briefed on what they were here to do - despite communication with various “level 2’s”

  • louford1 peter mitchell (@louford1) reported

Seems @Bell_Support is staffed with a whole bunch of people who just tell you to turn your modem off and on no matter the problem
