    @Bell_Support Since Apple has their activation lock safeguard, the only course of action to take to fix this is to submit my proof of purchase to validate I purchased the phone. It turns out that Bell never submitted the proper IMEI number from my old phone to my new phone.

    @kwetoday @Bell Try to engage the CCTS. They hammer ALL telco with fines for poor and slow resolution. Used them yrs back for business after 100hrs on the phone and multiple hangups. The file inside of I think 48 hrs ends up in CEOs office for resolution. They are like an Ombudsman for all telco

    @Bell_Support The last representative from @Asurion, Louise employee ID 1251949, stated in her 20 years of working at this company, she has never given out the information required. She was disrespectful, rude, and all but laughed at me for my situation.

    Hey @bell, your rep just hung up on me after I tried to verify my name. I am trying to order services and he refused to offer solutions. This is unacceptable. He said specifically, he is refusing to help me.
