    @Bell_Support Absolutely terrible customer service today and everyday since November. Cable cut, temp cable put in and never buried. Today tech wanted to upsell from home phone service instead. You're about to permanently loose a 45 year customer. But hey, ya don't care.

    @TELUSsupport your phone support is hot garbage. Just awful. Been a customer for 20 years - phone, mobile, tv, home security and if this is your service now, @bell can expect a call from me.

    @Bell_Support I doubt Bell could be of any service. Shouldn't take multiple calls/contacts to get a wire buried that your contractors cut in November. Same result each time, send a tech who says that cable needs to be replaced and it doesn't get replaced. Work order not "assigned".

    @Diana_fierce1 @Jennjo22 @Bell I had that problem trying to cancel my wifi. They still sent out a bill for three more months of new charges. Always an excuse when I called in, empty promises and poor performance.
