    @Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell I had great luck with TSN. Never had to contact @Bell through a DM. And calling and demanding that it be escalated to a supervisor has worked for me in the past. Try that
