@Daintytox @Bell_Support Yea, my time is default to network carrier, so it automatically updates, guess someone messed up at bell.. they admitted and apologized.

@Bell_Support This is why I still use my alarm clock that also has a 9V battery in it so it keeps the correct time even if the hydro goes out in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. I have NEVER used the alarm on my phone.

@Bell I had the pleasure of talking to your customer service, billing and loyalty depts within the last 3 months. I must say they all are terrible and so poor. On the lookout for a new provider!! Pathetic
