    @DPocroianu @KTinnovate @Bell_Support I'm sorry you went through this; clearly you are an ethical employee who was abused by them. I can see them doing it too; they owe me $7000 in overcharges for a plan they never activated and throttled internet over 18 months. And they couldn't care less.

    So I have the most expensive internet package possible with @Bell yet they throttle me to bad I can’t have a zoom call with my mom: it’s fine after I unplug the modem for a few mins but it starts again. @Bell_Support refused to help when I call

    Rant on cell phone service in Canada: I've been with @LuckyMobileCan, a subsidiary of @Bell, for over 6 months. Signed up for automated payments the moment I signed up. So my cc automatically gets charged the 25th of every month. I've been on call since yesterday (26th) /1

    @Bell I have been contacting your customer service since Dec 2020 for a $500 credit back! Have called 10 times! Have been promised that a supervisor will follow up but nothing! Ridiculous Service! Don't recommend @Bell to anyone!
