Not one person that lives in Toronto should be surprised that plans for a cheap and accessible city-owned broadband network were shot down because @Rogers and @Bell decided they weren't ******* having it. Why is this **** still allowed to happen?

@Bell Wow @Bell. Called last week to become a brand new Bell customer today. Waited all morning for the installers who didn’t show. Now you’re telling me you don’t know when it will be? First impression ruined. Cancelled all the new services. You make Rogers look good!!

@LuckyMobileCan @Bell has upgraded my local tower which no longer has 3G support (5G and LTE only). Does Lucky support VoLTE yet as I can no longer make voice calls where I could just fine before the (no notice) upgrade. Or does this need to go to CCTS?

@Bell I would not recommend Bell Fibe. Our service without pods is Nil and with pods it is spotty at best. We constantly have to delete and re-add them and pray for the best. It’s not worth it for something so expensive.

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

@Bell_Support No thanks. Already cancelled. If this is how you treat brand new customers, you should be embarrassed. I left Rogers to get away from bad service and you guys are even worse. How is that even possible?!

This is the SECOND DAY I have taken off work for a @Bell internet/TV service appointment that is not happening. While I'm on hold with Bell I might as well check the prices at @rogerstv...
