Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LauraJConnor Laura Connor (@LauraJConnor) reported

@Bell_Support my small business is closing as a result of COVID and I am getting no flexibility on penalties to cancel a phone line and biz internet. Talk about kicking small business owners while they're down.

  • TheToddMurray ᴛᴏᴅᴅ ᴍᴜʀʀᴀʏ (@TheToddMurray) reported from Essa, Ontario

What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

  • AzriHilmi Azri Hilmi (@AzriHilmi) reported

Hey @Bell, why is your internet slowing down at 8pm like every single day?

  • spncrlnckVO Spenc (@spncrlnckVO) reported

Hey @Bell I’m calling and keep getting a message saying you’re customer service centre is closed, but then says it’s hours start at 8am. Can you please assist in how I can reach someone?

  • OhMyJewels ۞ OhᱬyJewels ᗢ - BLM (@OhMyJewels) reported

@Space0ditty @Bell_Support I feel like nothing will change unless they’re forced to do so with policy changes, and I’m hoping they can happen now that the consequences are even more devastating with COVID. I’ve been fighting with them for years, and they do not give a crap.

  • richardwaugh Richard Waugh (@richardwaugh) reported

@cogecohelps any deals for existing customers? @Bell_Support put an offer on the table that is much less than what I pay now and blows my current service out of the water! Going from 40 Mbps dl to 1.5 Gbps dl is quite tempting...

  • Logan3P Robert Logan (@Logan3P) reported

@Bell I’d like to understand why during a pandemic Bell representatives or a scammer representing bell are going door to door? And after spending 28minutes on the phone with customer service I could not be directed to anyone that was able to discuss this matter!

@Bell_Support We've spoken to support but they just said that we had "too many devices" without specifying what the actual max is for our router. Do you have that general info?
