@Bell_Support Hello I’m wondering how to find out when bell will offer FTTH to my location, as I need faster then want FTTN can offer me. I would need 1GB down at minimum. Chat support has not been helpful and some have told me 50Mbps is all anyone needs.

@Bell_Support Hi, I’m from Markham area and my internet was lost again. The internet had been very unstable since Thursday December 15. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can you please send a technician to check the external fibre cable in the neighborhood? Thanks.

  • EsieMensah Esie Mensah (@EsieMensah) reported

So @bell I cancelled my internet service 72 hours ago and in 48 hours you’ve called me 5 times when you already know WHY I cancelled and that unless you’re offering me a FREE.99 service I won’t be coming back. If your committed to customer service stop harassing your customers.

Starting to regret going back with @BellAliant @Bell for Internet. Wifi has been absolutely garbage. Never had an issue with wifi connection with Seaside even though speeds were much slower. Ask tech support for help and all they suggest is giving them more $$ for boosters... jfc

  • gshindle Garth Shindle (@gshindle) reported

@Bell why do I pay for "up to 500 mps" fiber internet and get about 1-10 mps? Worst company in Canada. Dumped phones and tv. Internet next. Pound sand. @ValleyFiberLTD what do you have to offer? #LetsTalk

  • musa_mylove موسى (@musa_mylove) reported

@Bell_Support my internet failing during the World Cup game...is crazy. Should never have switched from Rogers.
