    @Bell_Support There is no eta? This isn't an issue with my devices or modem. It states bell error 2000 which means outage. Outage report websites show people reporting outage for wifi. I really don't want to call on Christmas. Just would like an ETA.

    @Bell is actually funny with their supposed 24/7 tech support that actually isn’t 24/7. Wasted 5 minutes to end up being told by automated support their open hours 😒
