    @Bell’s new voicemail MMS service sends you a text with an audio recording when you get a VM, so you can listen to it there instead of in the phone app. But you can’t delete it from there. It’s basically just another place on your phone where you need to get rid of a red dot.

    @Bell @Bell_Support Today my EPP Order cancelled without intimation. Absolutely incompetent service people. No help even after 2 hours call. Unapologetically hit my credit. Just imagining the after sales service sends shiver down the spine. #NoToBell #CustomerHarrassment

    Can somebody explain why I am paying for internet and tv from @Bell_Support that never works?its really disappointing the quality of service and customer service they provide. The only solution I am ever given is reset the router. It never works and they dont care to help further

    @canuck425 @Bell Also been having trouble lately. Have gone years with great connection and speed with Fibe, but now the internet drops constantly.
