@Bell_Support there’s something wrong with my house phone. Can make outgoing calls but anyone that tries to call, the line has the engaged signal. No one can get through to me. This is not what I’m paying $70 a month for. FIX IT PLEASE! ASAP.

@Bell I'd not recommend Bell. They are notorious with their billing mistakes(!). They tried to punish us with over $500 data overage for a 9 GB usage. We are still fighting for it and it looks we fill fill out an official complaint at CCTS/CRTC. Stay way way away!

@Bell_Support @Bell internet issues all day today in Niagara. So slow virtual meetings impossible. And still an issue now. What is going on?

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support It’s been HOURS. We haven’t been able to receive calls ALL day. Like I said we pay $70 per month — an obscene amount compared to other providers for home phone so this is really unacceptable why this is happening. When are y’all going to fix this???

@sol_sanctum @Bell You’re missing the point. No one should buy anything extra. The service provider should cover the house. 🤔
