  • BesLori Lori (@BesLori) reported

@jimjamjuggles @Bell_Support @Rogers I'm yelling at someone right now. BRB. I'm sorry to any Customer Service person answering my calls today.

  • meech46 meech (@meech46) reported

@Bell @overactivegg your customer service sucks and cannot be trusted. I reported a cut wire outside my house (which means I have no service). I am now on my third call because the first two times I called the agents lied to me. The first call agent said a repair person will show up same day.

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

They are asking in litigation why I didn't reach out to HR @Bell is because HR is not on employees side & never was. They work for the company & are now fighting me as Bells witnesses. HR was writing me up despite the #sicknotes that I brought they wrote me up anyway

  • mDunnes Mike Dunne (@mDunnes) reported

@Bell_Support large outage in Stoney Creek, no landline and hence no DSL internet. Any details?

  • BlueStarWolfe A.Wolfe (@BlueStarWolfe) reported

@DPocroianu @Bell 🍃🐺 I, yet to be officially named, support your fight to be heard in a Public Forum! @Bell, had you been alone in these tactics, you likely needent worry but now, your tactics will not absolve you. I may have few ties to you, but that won't stop me from speaking for #Canadians!

  • BlueStarWolfe A.Wolfe (@BlueStarWolfe) reported

@DPocroianu @Bell 🍃🐺 You are Right! I know of a few cases where it was dragged until the victim gave up, suffered #MentalHealth trauma, could not afford, and/or died from the stress which caused physical health issues. I have heard many suffer for corporate profitability, I can NOT accept that!

  • DrN0mad M (@DrN0mad) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I know. I can't sign in. My Brother pays the Fibe Bill. But the CraveTV account is mine. So I can't sign in

  • anshupande Anshu Pande (@anshupande) reported

@Bell_Support I have been getting patchy internet connection for the last 2 months and I just spoke with a support rep and they are charging me 1200$ in 10 years to improve services and these $$$ services(pods) will continue for a lifetime indefinitely? Can I get better #support?

  • tristancoolman Tristan Coolman He/Him (@tristancoolman) reported

@Bell_Support on the phone for hours after bell seemed to have intentionally changed the service agreement without our consent. A $75 plan went to $160.

  • michellelochan MarketStart (@michellelochan) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t need to rehash the entire process but the worst things that came out of this are I lost a half day of work and disappointed others.
