@Bell_Support The internet finally came back and then went out again, with a whole WAN outage. You don’t appear to have any humans working your support line so this is the only place I found to report this.

@Dude62261752 @Bell_Support They will never publicly say what's going on. All I know is service is great during the storm (cudos to them) and many hours later, the sun is out, and they go down. No explanation...nothing. They are using the storm as an excuse. Storm was long gone. What's going on Bell?

@Bell_Support How about cancelling the extra charges for data overages in Ottawa/Gatineau until the emergency is over?

@adunnewold @Bell_Support @Bell I was told that we will get credit for the days without service. Still doesn’t help me if I have to make an emergency phone call but it is what it is

@aloeosu @Bell_Support At least yours shows an outage. My postal code says no outage, but when I call they say there is an outage

@Dude62261752 @Bell_Support Their support has no clue and is not informed by operations. Support told me there was no ETA and hinted that they were fixing in more affected areas first. Minutes later I get an email saying service is restored...and it is. Sadly support and ops don't seem to communicate.

@Bell_Support it’s ridiculous that it’s taking so long to restore internet for 3 days! Such a large company and such poor service! It’s affecting work education and practically everything! I don’t understand this.

@Bell How about your off shore pathetic customer service? Its a disgrace to even call them customer service. The very reason I discontinued my internet/cellular services from Bell and moved back to Rogers
