@Bell_Support I’m genuinely beginning to believe frontline Bell customer service aren’t permitted or trusted to individually provide adequate customer service in a timely manner without getting someone else’s permission. Sad.

@Bell_Support Im at a loss to understand how a communications company that boasts about its speed feels it’s appropriate to penalize customers with further delays and insinuations that a customer is somehow to blame for internal communication & warehouse restocking issues….

@XboxKaneda @Bell That’s awesome. I switched to the 1GB fibre service around 4 years ago and I’ll never go back. Aside from the speed and low latency I haven’t had a single outage. Only thing that was super flaky were their wifi extender pods that I had to stop using.
