@brittlestar @Bell_Support How do you call for service if your phone doesn’t work?

  • devinrandall101 Devin Randall (@devinrandall101) reported

@Bell fix your “high speed” data and stop advertising “reduced speed” data because it’s none existent. I either get somewhat usable data when I have “high speed” or I don’t get anything with your “reduced speed”

@Bell_Support Why raise my Bill every month and loyalty dept says …too bad ..can’t help you ….wow

  • NoDunksJD Dean (@NoDunksJD) reported

@Bell_Support how do I access live chat from the website? I have a problem with my bill and would like to use chat which was available previously??

  • brittlestar Brittlestar (@brittlestar) reported

Hi @Bell_Support We still have a landline. People make fun of us. Our landline is currently not working. If people find out they're going to really make fun of us.

  • kabbott50 Kyle Abbott (@kabbott50) reported

@Bell_Support Not sure if you’ve had any reports, but I’m having some mobility issues and so are some other people in my building. Any known issues in St. John’s right now?

  • ac77 Allan C (@ac77) reported

@RogersHelps @Bell Not only has this been an experience of nothing but frustration, but I've learned the Rogers support people like to lie, having just been told over chat that there is an area outage... Except that's what we're using to talk to them.

  • _apainfullife A Painful Life (@_apainfullife) reported

@brittlestar @Bell_Support Years ago through their live chat. “My landline is not working, and 310-BELL is not functioning either to get assistance” “to ensure I have this right, your landline isn’t working and you can’t reach us through 310-BELL?” “Yes” “please call 310-BELL for assistance” 😳

@DJS261 @Bell_Support File complaint with ccts

  • ac77 Allan C (@ac77) reported

And nothing to do with anything on-site. Rogers won't help me out do anything to correct the situation, causing me to lose work days as a result. This is entirely unacceptable and I will have to move my business elsewhere with my only other option being @Bell.
