    @Bell_Support Still having internet speeds of 2.7/.5 in Bolton Ontario. Unplugged and rebooted many times, Bell Support says i will have to wait months .

    @Bell_Support please advise when your online chat support service will be available to customers? Logged into MyBell mobility account and chat is greyed out, not accessible and your website says higher that normal call volumes for support . How to get help???

    @Bell_Support 2 years of internet speeds of 25/5 and now this week I’m lucky to get 2.7/.5 .After calling support and doing diagnostic unplugging and rebooting I’m told I have to wait months for a new tower to be built. Two minute walk to the tower behind my home.
