@Bell_Support we literally didnt have internet in the home because of this for 2 weeks and your customer service reps were nothing but rude the entire time, instead of listening to our concerns they kept offering us wifi pods for $5 a month???? ridiculous.

@Bell every day for the last fifteen days my router stops working. between 7 and 9 am. I do the virtual repair—takes about minutes. Every day. Yesterday I spent an hour on the phone with a tech. “No problems”. 720 today? Again. Day 16. Is there a permanent solution?

@bell_support reports tech in my rural area is FTTN, no timeline for FTTH upgrade. Download speed never more than 4.5 Mbps, often less. Yet our plans cost the same as in Toronto & Ottawa & wherever service is adequate to demand. Isn’t this a failure to deliver? Fraud, even?

Today I deleted all my @Bell_Support @CTVNews apps on my devices. @LisaLaFlamme_ was wronged. This is not a shot at the reporters or staff of Bell companies. It’s a direct result of those in a position to fix this and they continue to deflect. #bringbacklisa #ctv #BellLetsTalk

Really displeased with the post-order callback I got from @bell today. Confirming my order and installation date isn't an upselling opportunity. There are no phone-based upselling opportunities. I'm not a revenue farm animal, don't treat me like one.

@Bell_Support months of trying to cancel my services and still not done correctly. This is not acceptable.

@csochyk @CTVNews They probably already worked out a deal in June. With a non disclosure agreement. I sure hope Lisa had good lawyers. @Bell This whole issue really got to me. Women always getting shoved in a man's world STILL. Women still get ahead grudgingly and slowly STILL in 2022.

@Bell_Support Todays in the phone tech support human was better. There is an issue. An in-person tech is coming tomorrow between 8am and 12pm. Bell needs some logisticians to help them plan their days for tighter schedule windows.
