@TorontoUltra @Bell My bell internet constantly cuts out and they rufuse to to help

  • Brutalemabella Auntie Social (@Brutalemabella) reported

Really sick and tired of @Bell throttling my internet connection. #Bell knows it can't compete with smaller, better companies like @TekSavvyBuzz so Bell resorts to crappy business practices hoping that people will switch. @Bell you're an awful company. I'll never switch.

  • J_Barbosa_ Jamie (@J_Barbosa_) reported

@KwnStorm @Bell @Bell_Support The sad thing is Bell and Rogers always do this. I'm in a 5G area getting 80kbps speeds nowhere near my data limit and my bills every other month keep increasing for bogus charges. Every month I'm on the phone with them trying to fix it and getting nowhere with them!

  • SoniaMangatTV Sonia Mangat (@SoniaMangatTV) reported

@FriendlyPatrons @YourMorning @Bell People in Fredericton have no problem with me calling it Fred-town since I have a hard time saying it. Have a great day!

  • coorslitecl dave (@coorslitecl) reported

@Bell_Support bell tech after 6 visits to fix busines internet leaves without testing phone and leaves busines with no working phone. Then bell missed 2 days of apts and expects the business to be ok with no working phone line. Absolutely the worst customer service.

  • ForMy3Kids Rob Lenihan (@ForMy3Kids) reported

@Bell_Support Hi! Can you have Expressvu without a PVR? I believe FIBE needs it, but my Parents have Expressvu, and have been having problems with constant recording by accident, preventing them from being able to watch. Can they call and have the PVRs removed?

@globalnews Along with all necessary work, I hope Canada and it’s government will work on the major internet/tv/cable providers (so @Bell & @Rogers) to reduce the service fees. It’s super expensive but not greatest service. We need internet but the fee is so expensive.

  • tam_garner Garner Tam (@tam_garner) reported

@Bell_Support Bell technicians laying new cable on my street ended up cutting my Rogers cable connection in the process. We ended up going over 24 hrs without internet (while I missed several meetings) before a Rogers technician could come out to temp fix (not Rogers fault).

  • mnkyblotManuel MnkyblotManuel (@mnkyblotManuel) reported

@Bell_Support it sucks that I have to go with primus or tech savvy instead of you guys for Fibe internet even though your the provider for them. Why cant you guys just be a bit cheaper

  • gemmabrown78 Gemma Brown (@gemmabrown78) reported

Anyone else beyond frustrated with @bell lack of customer care and service. I have been trying to get internet connected at the lake since late June. Many many hours on the phone with many agents. Some who promise to call back and I get nothing.
