@Bell my nightmare continues! Customers beware check your bill don’t believe what you are told over the phone. 30+ year customer here that continues to not get what was promised. I’ve been trying to straighten out the mess for months 🤬

  • nee_tremblay Nee 🇨🇦 💚💛 (@nee_tremblay) reported

When @Bell keeps you on hold and nobody answers, so you can ask them why they are still charging $100+ after the service was cancelled in January.. that's one way to keep getting money #crooks @CRTCeng

  • Bradfle01956912 Flyinghellgiants (@Bradfle01956912) reported

  • oddclaw Anish Nangia (@oddclaw) reported

In a new version of pandemic hell @bell in canada has decided to CANCEL my home internet service in the middle of the night without any prior warning or communication. I pay my bills weeks in advance so I know that wasn't the issue, but they went ahead just cancelled it lol fml

@Bell_Support Given the number of hours I’ve spent working with your support department- what do you think?

  • Rana24413694 Rana (@Rana24413694) reported

@Bell_Business @Bell @IDC Really Poor Customer Service, no retention plan or care about customer, its all about profit. Bell promises to not increase monthly price and you see they increase the price after every 4 months. Think 10 times before getting Bell internet. 🤨😟

  • baegedcos Mikki -Not live but vibing- (@baegedcos) reported

@Bell_Support It's in general though, not a specific instance. I'm charged a lot of money for my phone and internet, and I'm met with issues that I constantly have to fix, despite the problems coming from Bell and not me? It's not a good look...

@BlueStarWolfe @Bell What bothers me is this needs to be thought in school as to know & prepare of the abuse companies put people through not just learn conflict skills crap as this is abuse all day long & mind boggling psychological games people need to navigate to deal with criminal employers

  • ThisDoorOpens FourtyTwo (@ThisDoorOpens) reported

@Bell outsourcing so much of your customer service and leaving only retention as in house will be on of your downfalls. You charge so much but where does the money even go? Not to Canadian employees and not to anyone who understands empathy, what a postal code is..

  • DarkCrusade6 Brandon (DarkCrusade6) (@DarkCrusade6) reported

@GSwassi @Bell Bell has never been nice to anyone, with how much they charge. Rogers is a lot cheaper, I pay $96 a month and have 20mbps upload speed.
