@RobertChaulk @Bell I went from Bell to Telus, and then to Koodo maybe 4 years ago. No issues at all.

@Bell_Support Update: Bell crews in area. Asked them and was told another two days to restore service to the neighbourhood. You may already have guessed that Bell’s outage page had been telling me we have no outage here.

  • DonMeehan Don Meehan (@DonMeehan) reported

@bell_support : what’s with all the new ?’s that i have never been asked previously, to verify me. Has anyone ever called to have my broken line fixed? Is this a new popular fraud tactic? #frustrating. #bell

  • larrytruckerguy Larry D (@larrytruckerguy) reported

@RobertChaulk @Bell I used Telus when I lived down there. Very happy with them.

  • Bell_Support Bell Support (@Bell_Support) reported

@BourqueKearney We're sorry you feel that way. If you require further help, we're a DM away @Bell_Support toassist you.

  • jamesjt38 James Tasse' (@jamesjt38) reported

@Bell_Support Customers be aware of fraud against your Fibe tv account by customer services located in the Philippines. They will add services to your account without your permission so that they can receive that commission. Canadians need to come together and demand change.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

  • DonMeehan Don Meehan (@DonMeehan) reported

@Bell_Support spent 45 mins to tell u my line is broken from a fallen tree. Your ?’s are ridiculous and i answered them all, still got delays. On top of that , 1 week to get sat. service fixed. #frustrating #badcustomerservice #bell

  • RoterTodFooty Jay-T all one word (@RoterTodFooty) reported

I just called @Bell_Support to cancel a service and their answering machine told me they were closed and informed me their hours on Sundays are "9am to 6pm". It's 11:50 in the morning WTF?
