@Bell_Support today is 4th visit in 36 hrs to Queen/Lee store for new phone: Staff stressed out/pushy/curt, chaotic process w scant explanation, and laughs from behind the partition. Referring to me as “boss” against my wishes to be addressed w my real name. #rude #bellcanada

. @Bell sent me an email to contact loyalty regarding my tv and internet. When I did the "loyalty" rep was horrible, condescending and rude. When you contact someone for their business you should treat them with respect @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support my internet goes down approximately 4-6 times per day lately. I live quite literally in the middle of downtown Toronto… is there a reason for this or just the standard crappy bell service

Hey, @Telus @Bell and @Rogers: I live just outside of Hamilton. There are a lot of us here, and the population is growing like wildfire. Can we maybe get more than a single bar of service out here? If not, I could just pay for a quarter of my bill. That would be fair.

The next day Me: Internet is not working Bell: There must be a technical problem in the street. Thanks @Bell @Bell_Support for the useless customer service and wasted time.

@Bell_Support is Bell fiber symmetric in both its upload and download speeds? Is there an external fiber issue if the upload speed is off by 25%? Or is it by design?

@Bell_Support Like we have told Bell on multiple occasions, her phone “does not work”, but someone from Bell keeps attempting to call her at the number that is not working. So, I’m guessing because she can’t answer a phone “that does not work”, the repairperson keeps cancelling?

@Bell officially had Bell fibe TV for the last week. I've spent just as much time re booting the system as I have watching it. Bell has been a nightmare. A wk an I switching back @cogeco is where it's all for TV an internet needs. I've been a cell customer for over 20 yrs.

@Bell has credited the balance but will not acknowledge the mistake, stating that my credit will be updated next billing cycle when it shows up as zero balance. But that will not fix my score as the account was never meant to be opened in the first place.
