    @Bell I guess your customer loyalty/retention division just tells people they should pay the same as they have been and make the same generic offer over and over even though one of the other big 3 is offering me 20-25% less #customerservicefail #farewellbell

    @mspratt @desfisher1 @Bell Fight back, call loyalty & ask for escalation to an executive. They charged me for internet bandwidth which I was never receiving due to their network limitations for 1 yr. I got most of it back via credit but you have to complain. If all fails, email their CEO Mirko Bibic

    The tech was great and was in the apartment during all the calls. When he got the call, he kept asking the @Bell person on the other side "Is this what the customer wanted?" and "why can't you give her what she asked for?". My sister knew this was bad news.

    @Bell_Support who do we call to get someone to come look at lines in our area? There have been lines laying on the ground for months, taken down by a tree. The lines in our area haven’t been looked at since Hurricane Arthur... in 2014.

    Thank God for Steve...finally got to deal with a competent #CustomerService agent @Bell that cared to help us - and not hang up or disconnect during the call. That only screwed half the day. 😳 They need more Steve’s.
