@Bell_Support Every single time I try and watch it freezes and then restarts and freezes and restarts, couldn’t watch anything g last night. Paid for a movie recently I couldn’t watch for the same reason. It’s complete garbage

Shouldn't @Bell answer the phone? Asking for my 96-year-old father who is trying to cancel service on a cell phone - the store wouldn't do it. He will not be be responsible for any further bills. You are on notice. Should that be a condition of your license? #cdnpoli

@cityofkelowna can we talk about the terrible cell coverage in and around the city. Folks are paying a premium to live here, can we get some reliable data, please. Thx. I’m trying to get a pre sale code for these @nfrealmusic tickets but can’t with this poor service @Bell help

@Bell_Support as 50+ year Bell subscriber I am disappointed that your receivers no longer support Netflix. I called to upgrade to the new Box and was told I have to upgrade my PVR as well. $50. Shipping for each = $100 and I do the installation. @Videotron will perhaps be better

@Bell I’m leaving Bell switching over to Rogers myself. The worst phone service I’ve ever receive this from Bell.

@veganlovebunny @bell tried to do this to me once, and the cops got really upset, @bell for wasting their time. the cops were awesome to me. and they filed a complaint against bell for misusing public resources.

@Bell_Support Why am I being charged for 2 receivers all of a sudden. I signed up with the Fibre service and was told that the DVR is in the package and I get 1 receiver for free. So for the first 4 months, there were not extra charges. Just this month I have the charge for 2.

@Bell_Support Now being transfer to cancel my account. As you want to charge me 50 bucks to move from a corp plan to a non corp plan. Honesty bell sucks!

  • OriginalKanator K-Anator (@OriginalKanator) reported

@Bell Speaking of which, I wonder if the @bbb_us takes issue with @Bell's blatant false advertising? I know they take care of us up here in Canada too. Speed has nothing to do with latency, this is not an acceptable advertising strategy.

@Bell_Support Though Bell would be any different than other service providers, unfortunately I found them worst. Nobody has any clue whatsoever. I have more information than their customer service team. @Bell_Support don't ask me to DM you because I already have.
