    @Bell_Support Technician was here this morning and just left. An issue with the fiber connection to the network. He was polite and efficient. TY.

    Ended up with a full month's refund. If you've had even the slightest trouble with your Bell anything in Ontario, call or use the MyBell app chat function to request a refund. @Bell_Support owes you money and are basically trying to steal from their customers.
