@Videotron Soooo your tech support says 2 hours max till service restoration. 3 hours later and 30 mins on hold no internet and no one to talk to. Guess it's time for @Bell since you guys have failed to meet the terms of your own contract I will be canceling with 0 cancelation fees

@Bell_Support any updates on the outage in K0H 2N0 area? Lost phone and internet during the night. Placed ticket and got call back that it was a larger scale outage.

@ElRicardoTV @Slootbag @Bell_Support I too had some of my best times in a queue, diffrent support levels, having to take time off work to let a tech in. They tried to invoice us, turns out the fibre from my buildings mainswitch to my unit had snagged on their own equipment. Felt good at the end but so much time man

@Bell I’m getting a lot of Bell ads. They must’ve heard I got Starlink and I don’t need their crappy Bell 2000 garbage anymore.

She couldn’t call because she only has a home phone, and because her Bell service wasn’t working, neither was her phone. See the problem here? Surely there could be a workaround for those who use @Bell without a cell phone to get help, when they make the effort to go in person!

@subluxt @Slootbag @Bell_Support I'd assume the line noise would affect both download and upload in a test unless the stars aligned for that brief moment while testing. I had a twisted pair line noise issue two weeks ago. Took me forever to figure it out.

Well, looks like I’m on the clock. I have 7 days to decide whether to subscribe to #Starlink or lose my place in line. Is it worth sending money to a Musky company (I mean, I am still on Twitter too), because @Bell sucks and won’t bring me Fibe from across the road? 🤔

@Videotron A customer for very, very long time. I left @Bell a long time ago after poor customer service. I can’t believe I am looking into pricing on their site tonight. Guess Fibe is the way to go.
