Hey @Bell_Support I'm disappointed to say that I haven't received bill credit that was promised to me by one of your executive. I raised ticket for this issue, but today they called me and there are credit offered to you, when I asked then that had you reviewed the recordings

@Bell_Support It took 30 min before speaking with a Representative. He was clueless about my issue. Kept me waiting several times making me hold without answering when I asked if he was still there no reply. Then after 15 minutes he never came back his Employee # is EQ31033

(1/2)@BellAliant @Bell I can’t put into words how horrible my experience has been with your services. I cancelled my service in November, handed in the router to a bell store and was continued to be charged for services. I called back with the confirmation number, they cancelled.

@Bell_Support Hi. Is there something going on with the tv scheduling in Toronto? My PVR suddenly didn't record my shows this evening & won't let me do it on any day - says it can't due to"scheduling changes". It also says to do it manually but that doesn't work either.

@Bell Generic iptv is nowhere near a "sketchy link". It costs about the same as bell tv starter, however includes *everything* (all channels) and much more, i.e.. World content from every single country and broadcast network. ;)
