Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

Having an absolutely wild time trying to get @bell service installed. They're insisting they don't offer service in my area - a service I've previously had installed.

  • StephaneOCH_LCO Stéphane Giguère (@StephaneOCH_LCO) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@myworldtaw @Bell Can be worst : change provider … 4 hours between Bell and Vidéotron for my father’s cell

  • Loveridge793 Chris Loveridge (@Loveridge793) reported

  • HemispheresWRM Hemispheres (@HemispheresWRM) reported

@polish_man23 @Booter68 @Bell Bell's focus is $$. Give you cheap crap to increase their $$. So many better options. Buy your own Eero mesh and go with alternate provider for 1/2 cost. Similar to their cable plan. Pay exorbitant $$ to watch a LOT of commercials and crap programming. Cut the cord long ago.

Been trying to get hold of @RogersHelps CS, but getting the run-around. Signed up for bundle, but acct was not ready for self-install & one service still not working. Also, why does the ignite modem only have 2 e-net ports?? I will switch to @bell if you can't fix this asap!

  • CashOnAir Cash (@CashOnAir) reported

I have yet to speak to a Canadian. Did you know all of @bell’s call centres are in the Philippines? I asked the customer service rep if they even knew what Bell was. They had to Google it.

  • HaworthTMC Haworth Transportation Management Consultants (@HaworthTMC) reported

@myworldtaw @Bell We saw this and wanted to help. Please reply back with #1523744983347753398 from a landline pay phone and when you hear the tone, say “she sells seashells by the seashore”, x11. On the 11th recital you will be prompted to enter the following “aáæçmkrÿ” using your phone keypad.

  • Mr_Mike_Miyagi Mr. Mike Miyagi (@Mr_Mike_Miyagi) reported

@Bell I want to cancel Center Ice. Tired of this. Are you offering refunds unlike last year where we paid full price for a service that we never received. @NHL @NHLMedia

  • HemispheresWRM Hemispheres (@HemispheresWRM) reported

@TonyLeaToronto @Bell With Acanac I get the speed I pay for ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE at almost half the price of Bell offering. Or you could let Bell con you into thinking the issue must be with your house or system. I had a friend with Rogers paying for 150 MBPS and getting 30 out of the router! Sh*t

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Thanks @Rogers for sending a #DependableHomeTech once again. As usual, they have given me yet another explanation for what is wrong with my internet and have done nothing to solve the problem. Perhaps it's time I went @Bell for their Fibre service.
