@Bell's customer service is incredibly inefficient. I signed up for a plan over a year ago. I have been overbilled by $25/month for OVER A YEAR. I've called today for the 9th time (almost 1/month) to try and get this rectified, without luck!

@Bell I changed internet providers because bell could give me decent internet. I'm with rogers now. Their service is really bad but at least i can watch a video on youtube at more than 144p
