Spent 3 hours so far back and forth on the phone with @Bell about an issue with our BTC system. I have a repair ticket number and am waiting on a technician for my next call. Hopefully this gets resolved by EOD. A woman named Colleen in Loyalty deserves a raise, btw

@Bell_Support Its $90 dollars, for this Wireless Home Internet that DOES. NOT. WORK. Hell the cell tower is within sight of my home and the connection is still incredibly inconsistent. I've had this service for over a year now, when am I going to get what I pay for?

@ShunnedOW @RedexBB @Bell Other than the fact that my xfinity’s wifi used to cut out once a year, one time even being a whole week, I looked elsewhere. They were ok, but when they sucked, they SUCKED.

I hate @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant . First you put my Bell Mobility bill up $5 and now my Bell Aliant bill has gone up $10! That’s $15 in the middle of a pandemic! You are the worst! I have already decided to switch to Koodo now I have to switch my tv/internet too!
