@Bell_Support I’m not requesting assistance, I’m not confused about my internet speed being lowered after my allotment. I am simply pointing out that this is not what is happening. Slow is acceptable, broken is not. I think that’s the goal and in my opinion - ***** business tactic

@Bell_Support I wouldn’t mind if it was just the speed that was reduced, but that’s not what’s happening. Some banking apps won’t even load, ping time and packet loss is huge. Css on sites completely abandoned. Go over your limit on bell, and you get 1990’s broken ugly internet as punishment

@Bell @Bell_Support I asked the person on the phone to at least guarantee the device upgrade, plan upgrade and $780 downpayment on the device will be refunded in next 2 days: she guaranteed. If this does not happen I am raising a complaint with the Ombudsman and Regulator.

@Bell_Support No, I have unlimited data, reduced speed after the “allotment”. This is not reduced speed, this is terrible ping times, lost packets, sites hanging, apps broken, torture. A good tactic to get people to change their plan I suppose isn’t it?

@Bell_Support @ryanhobbs6 Don’t blame the ISP if you have issues within your LAN. Packets get retransmitted so quickly over gigabit networks
