    @Bell_Support Service was out in Fredericton. Other customers affected. Service was restored at 2:15 this am

    @Bell has told me I have to drive 6 hours to a city i haven’t been to in years to resolve this at the store where the fraud took place. This is ridiculous customer service. I’ve called the store manager of that location and he claims he has no “history” of the transaction.

    @Bell_Support I’m having issues with cell. I can send a text msg to both iPhone and android both with wifi enabled and turned off. However I can’t connect to any sites like you tube, Twitter, gmail etc with wifi on or off. The top left of my iPhone reads full bars, Bell LTE.

    @Bell this you? 877-487-9570 according to google-lots of complaints on this. 10 minutes ago called, I answer, hello 3 times & then click. If your # legit, don’t call & hang up. If not you, do something to prevent it. Caller ID shows Bell Canada.

    For ABSOLUTE Shame @Bell.... A customer has made a payment and ALSO given a date for their next installment But INSTEAD of switching them BACK ON...what do you do??? You try to chase after MORE of your total and ATTEMPT to leave your customers hanging for 20 BLOODY DAYS!! SHAME!!
