@Bell - your online support is useless. Either get more staff or get people that don't end sessions without solving the problem.

Another day, another complaint about @Bell_Support @bell and their very low resolution images on channel 1395 4K. Why won’t they answer? Do they not own part of the @MapleLeafs ?

(1/2)@BellAliant @Bell I can’t put into words how horrible my experience has been with your services. I cancelled my service in November, handed in the router to a bell store and was continued to be charged for services. I called back with the confirmation number, they cancelled.

I’d been having so many issues w @VirginPlus I escalated a couple tickets to their ‘executive office.’ There’s absolutely no way the person who called me works in an actual executive office or has any executive function whatsoever. Don’t buy @Bell or #Virgin. You’ll regret it.

2 of 3. It’s amazing how they treat existing clients. I guess Loyalty means nothing. We’ve spent $500 a month x 12 months by 10 years. Approximately $60,000! @bell are losing the next 60k because they wouldn’t agree to charge a simple $50 admin fee.

@Bell_Support it’d be good for your agents to submit ticket numbers when they say they wil. Now I have to wait another day for someone to come and fix something that I was told for sure would be taken care of today.

@Bell_Support Out AGAIN. Hydro: big storm. Power out. Let's get it fixed. Bell: nice sunny day. Internet down. We don't know (but here's your bill).

There is zero reason why @Bell should be trying to strongarm me into paying for a"Bell Tech Expert" to unblock ports as a premium service just to game and stream without a VPN. Even better when the next tech rep tells me there's no way they can do that apparently, paid or not.

Just cancelled an almost 20 year account with @bell. Someone need to tell their agents it is cheaper to keep a customer than to recruit new ones. @Bell_Support #justsaying
