    @Diana_fierce1 @Bell Yes they make it difficult, I’ve been trying to return my equipment that they sent me a bill for 1300$(even though an employee said it’s $700) and I have to do it through purolator and I’m having the worst time. Going with Bell was the worst mistake I ever made

    @Bell absolutely terrible service from your so called loyalty department specifically from Anthony employee number EZ 37352 I want to speak with someone higher we've been a customer for 30 years and this is how you treat your customers! Disgusting
