@Bell Nah, don’t trust this one but. Pure fibre doesn’t even reach to old community areas/ old housing areas. It’s been a handful of years as a bell customer and our internet is still capped 100mb in our area. Internet drops bellow 40mb 30% of the time.

  • AudioDial Audio Guy (@AudioDial) reported

@nejsnave @Bell @bell is THE worst company in the world. Claimed $122 million covid relief and fire workers anyway; outsource jobs; rip us off with infrastructure that tax payers subsidized; leverage their monopoly to kill competition. They should be forced to subsidize internet for low income.

  • ryanviegas Ryan Viegas (@ryanviegas) reported

@Bell terrible value added service - Bell modems do not have a strong enough signal in any size home, these pods are necessary and therefore Bell forces your hand to “rent” these - should be free plain and simple

  • ggottawa Greg Gallagher (@ggottawa) reported

Also- no record on file of the old box getting deleted, nor did I receive a conf. email in the usual manner. This is just comical- @Bell you are a multibillion-$ corp that can't invest properly in basic customer service. @Bell_Support @bell I want a credit of some kind for this.

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@coulombe_max @Bell Wi-Fi is not "internet service". Wire up your computers, and it won't be ****** at all.

  • garrybeirne Garry Beirne (@garrybeirne) reported

@Bell_Support Four months! If you can do something please do it quickly ... my task tomorrow (I'm retired) is to contact CRTC and a number of journalists who deal with consumer issues.

  • DeanPlunkettTHW Dean Plunkett (@DeanPlunkettTHW) reported

Hey @Bell. Our internet has been out since noon yesterday. The last update was at 7:00 last night, saying that it would be operational by 8:45 am this morning. It's now 9:15 am, with no new information. An update would be nice...some of us rely on your service for our livelihood.

  • eurocarz Robert Paulziak (@eurocarz) reported

@Bell bell is the worst company, never again
