@Bell_Support Your service suggestions will all involve me disconnecting my receiver and rebooting my system; all "solutions" that will only increase the amount of time I am not watching a service that should just work. I don't have to rebuild my engine every morning before I drive my car.

So, normally calls from your local Telco are annoying and useless. BUT, I must say, @Bell called and it was actually very useful. Short, sweet, and got me to remain a customer instead of being on the fence about leaving. #customerservice

@Bell_Support I was suppose to get TV today but no go! So after 28 years, I don’t get to watch @CanadiensMTL Interesting @NHL sponsorship, because of bad customer service I can’t watch the game

@Bell Please stop mailing the same people your "deals" every couple of weeks. Save a tree for heavens sake. I'm a gamer and would never return to your company. I would rather slower internet and that says a lot!

@Bell @Bell_Support No internet or fibe tv for 6 days. Two technicians sent to my house. Say it’s a main box issue and not my house. Then they leave and never come back. They said “it might be fixed tomorrow. Or the next day or the next day”.

In case anyone was wondering - haven’t been an @bell customer for ten years- trying to get signed back up for turbo hub is a nightmare. Customer service hasn’t changed. Same old @bell. Back to the store I go after two hours on hold.

@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great

@Bell_Support Also, had to have 4 confidential work conversations on my front steps yesterday because my phone doesn’t work in my house. And every conversation with my partner for weeks. Please, I beg of you, answer my dm and fix this.
