    So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

    Trying to REPLY to a time sensitive email sent by my psychologist. @Bell has kicked back my reply 3x now saying it doesn't trust the sender. HE EMAILED ME FIRST. This is a major problem, and poor form. Reason 5932 why I left Bell years ago.

    @ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Bell Btw @Bell I was quoted $600 in person if this isn't resolved in a manner I find appropriate I will never do business with your company again and I'll be expecting a full refund on my new phone when I return it. Thieves and liars

    If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic

    @Bell my internet used to go down a few times a day. After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. HELP!!!!!

    @Bell your customer service is the worst in the world 19 yrs as a customer 6 hrs dealing with an issue Your loyalty is insulting offering a $15 credit bc im such a good customer and loyalty will do anything to keep me Guess im done and you dont care @Rogers happy to chat
