    So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

    @ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

    Trying to REPLY to a time sensitive email sent by my psychologist. @Bell has kicked back my reply 3x now saying it doesn't trust the sender. HE EMAILED ME FIRST. This is a major problem, and poor form. Reason 5932 why I left Bell years ago.

    Pretty Deplorable that you log into your @CraveTVHelp account, search and find your desired movie. Start it up, only to have it in French... English version only available with an upgraded subscription tier. Might be time to look elsewhere from my @Bell satellite service.

    @Reil76 @Bell Oh boy, I went 11 days without internet few years ago, sent me 2 different modems, couldnโ€™t fix it over the phone, 2 repair visits before a supervisor finally showed up, looked in the main box in my townhouse complex and noticed someone unhooked me to use my line, brutal

    @ShaneBelter @Bell @bell is terrible paid for the baseball channels last year never got them for the first 3 months talked to them servers times said was not there fault then one day poof they were back on would not even talk to me anymore idiots

    @Reil76 @Bell Oh no, i just left Rogers a couple days ago for Bell. My tv hasnt worked for a month and my internet is on and off all day. Damn did i just leave one crappy provider for another? ๐Ÿ™

    @Reil76 @Bell Happened to me I left Bell and only found out the modem they installed was actually from rogers. They tried to charge me for not returning the bell modem they never installed. ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿซข

    @Reil76 @Bell We're still waiting to hear from @Bell regarding our fibre internet installation. We only finally got a line strung parallel to our old one about a month ago, but no new modem and still running off the old DSL crap. Topnotch service. ๐Ÿ‘
