@Bell Ok, so if this is TRUE…. Stop lobbying against OTHER #telecom companies from ENTERING into the #Canadian market - if your service is actually “the BEST” you shouldn’t have any worries BECAUSE ppl will not switch right?

@Bell Would be nice if you brought service to north Whitby. We’re 30 mins from Toronto, largest city in Can. & can’t get high speed internet. It’s ridiculous

Hello, @Bell_Support. I spoke to 5 of your tech support reps on the phone and chatted w/a rep via bell website and none of them can help me access my mode settings... Also, I'm paying extra for "premium support" for what? It has been a week nothing. What can i do next?

  • stevecarty Carty (@stevecarty) reported

Bell down now. With @Bell_Support saying could@be 24-48hrs till it’s back up. I guess they dont want me to work, earn or get paid. Yesterday’s @rogers outage and today bell. Super super oligarchy you got going here justin.

@Bell Sorry Mirko this may sound all good to a shareholder but to a customer who has been waiting for a repair for 5 days, 4 different work orders lots of "we're sorry, we don't know how this happened" it sounds like a lot of BS. Spend some of those billions on customer service.

  • mark_cathcart Mark Cathcart (@mark_cathcart) reported

@RogersHelps 4 days and my cable is not working. Thinking about "igniting" my sevice and switching to @Bell. Brutal.

  • digitalhomeca digitalhome (@digitalhomeca) reported

@Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.
