Heads up. We received an email supposedly from @Bell today letting us know they couldn’t process our payment due to security issues and we are to select an alternate payment method by clicking a link. We checked our statement and no issues as payment had been paid. #Scam

6 days w/ no power & of course, @bell_support's Internet doesn't work when power does return.. it's like a series of connection nightmares. Love to see if I'll be charged for the week w/ no service. I'm not gonna say anything - just sue them after. #BellLetsTalk #garbageService

@Bell_Support I’ve had internet and phone line issues since Ap 19. One 24H period, 57 interrupts. Made 8 calls to technical auto, had ~5 tech visits. Your Area Supervisor James Hawkins refuses to answer my calm voicemails. What gives? #Bell_Service #Bell_Complaints #Bell_Support

@shernotcher @Bell It does seem like a great deal. They say it's the price for a year but with no contract I don't know. I would rather have a contract. With Bell if you don't have a contract the price is constantly changing and the packages and service sucks. I'm so sick of Bell call centres.

@Bell_Support I’m having problems with my bell fibe screen went completely black as soon as I turned on my tv wondering if there is a isolated problem or something of a bigger issue

@Bell_Support I have already done that and they have no update. What are your thoughts on charging overage fees when your service has been down for 6 days. Good or shocking customer service?

@Bell_Support @Bell Well I’ve had interrupts and outages since 2016 which have recently got persistent and more frequent. 10 tech visits in 2022. 40.8V AC on my phone line this AM as measured by Bell. But still NO Resolution or call backs. #Shameful

@tiajoseph @Bell Here in the US you can contact your state’s Attny General and they can help. Often just a paper trail with them gets a vendor to do what they should. Good luck!

@arkade_arak @Bell It one hundred percent does you just either didn’t read it or you’re stupid

@Bell They shouldn't be so effing expensive in the first place; it's something that's essentially a mandatory service and cheaper phones have lesser security. STOP SCAMMING POOR PEOPLE.
