@Virgin & @VirginCanada & @Bell your- parent and child company are horrible for customers service. Calling to speak to a representative - which now I have to book a time frame? I really despise the fact you and other companies bring AI in to figure out customer service.

@Bell I have a ton of mathematics that aren't in use due to hardware constraints and it may not be a matter of a dsl light on on the modem rather than that of working network entry with a switch that would be di pole with an elliptical triangle in the between the two poles...

I have had tv/internet problems for weeks with @Bell. It’s been almost a week since you said you would send a new modem. Now my 91-year-old father cannot watch the @BlueJays game tonight. It’s disgraceful customer service. Disgusting.

Hi there @Bell Is it possible to get your engineers to do some tests on the 5G network in Rexdale. The only place I get more than one bar of 5G signal on my Pixel 8 is at Queens Plate Drive Centre. I no longer use 5G and have switched to LTE due to poor signal strength.
