@Bell how bad is this. I waited for 15 minutes to get on the chat . It told me 1 person waiting in line . Then message came and said thanks for chatting with us and it disconnected because the chat line closes at midnight . I never got a chance to chat . Bad customer service

@Bell So I am still waiting for that phone call from higher command. I would like to know how people that subscribe to the 1.5 GB service other then Ontario & Quebec are supposed to use it, when the Hub 3000 has CAPPED 1GB Ethernet ports? 1/2

But it seems like all the people mentioned above want to make it as hard and as expensive as possible for Canadians to watch world class soccer. Why!? I wish Canadians would/ could do something about the terrible way @Bell and @Rogers operate all our media and communications.
