  • KateBoose Kate Boose (@KateBoose) reported

@Bell_Support so our satellite’s been down all day. Customer service has no idea what’s wrong. Any ETA? Southern Ontario.

  • SocialAnon16 Proudly Fringe! (@SocialAnon16) reported

@Bell This is not true. My sister got 3 of these at home and they really don't get the signal around. Its a 2000 sq ft house.

  • jamesdfralic jamesandmichelle (@jamesdfralic) reported

@johnnyd79 @Bell Service is decent for us but omg, the price, the price is insane, we are streamers so we have no choice but to pay. We only have internet and its almost $160 a month. No one else can compare to the speed of bells service in our area so we are stuck! Forget about calling in

  • fancysuemac Sue F. (@fancysuemac) reported

@Bell_Support We called bell and "problems in the area" is the reason given. For 48 hours? Seriously? All Bell satellite customers in the L7M zone should be given a discount. Past time to shop around

  • CrypSerendipity CryptoSerendipity (@CrypSerendipity) reported

@Bell Lol everyone has the same issue.. which means this issue is not going to be fixed. contacting customer care is waste of time and effort i think if you need more speed better change the provider go to Beanfield and Rogers

  • andrewctenor Andrew Pickett (@andrewctenor) reported

@Bell “those overpriced utilities that can’t even deliver a decent service amirite” —Bell

  • viksandhu Vik Sandhu (@viksandhu) reported

I had returned a faulty PVR (for the 3rd time) and @Bell_News @Bell_Support didn't receive it from Purolater and rather than deciding to follow up with that company (it says in transit on the tracking) they decided to charge me. The PVR they gave me this time is also broken.

  • viksandhu Vik Sandhu (@viksandhu) reported

@Bell I will be cancelling my service - charging me incorrectly and making me pay out of pocket for a "credit to my account" is not correct the situation. It's paying up from for your service! I want out! #BellLetsTalk @CRTC @BBBCentralON
