I have determined @Rogers is more expensive because it is a superior product than @Bell … I miss my Rogers services but can’t afford them anymore… and they highjacked my email address despite me still a cellular customer..I loathe BOTH of these Canadian monopolies… #fibesucks

  • Pasta2Maria Maria Pasta (@Pasta2Maria) reported

@Bell_Support I have been rebooting at least 3 times and still have no wifi from Bell. I am in Richmond hill Ontario. Is anyone else having issues?

  • novemberchaos alexandria (@novemberchaos) reported

hey @Bell why would my internet bill go up for the first time in the same cycle that you experience service interruptions? #CustomerService

  • TwistedFaith_13 ⛄️✨❄️Ice Queen❄️✨⛄️ (@TwistedFaith_13) reported

@Rogers said our internet would be back in 48 hours… after a simple modem swap. We are going on 96. No internet means I can’t work… “most reliable network” is clearly a joke. @Bell How fast can you set up new internet service? We’d love to give you our $$ instead!

  • qlawen Qlawen (@qlawen) reported

Hey @Bell_Support looks like there is a service disruption in my area, who would have thought? Not like I suggested that to your tech support who was too lazy or didn't have the tools to check. Maybe you start listening to the people you're trying to 'help'

  • sparklysuzy SparklySuzy (@sparklysuzy) reported

@Bell_Support Once again these wires are down! Can you please have them removed permanently @Bell_Support ? As I mentioned previously this is a backyard where children play which is a big safety hazard.

  • StuartJ_ Stuart Johnston (@StuartJ_) reported

Huh. So have been on hold for almost an hour, waiting for @Rogers so-called 'loyalty dept' rep to chat with me. Recording 50 minutes ago said my call was next. Great customer service this is, especially from the 'loyalty dept' right? @Bell @TELUS is looking better all the time!

  • dawvon Dave Wong (@dawvon) reported

@Bell_Support I was just charged $75 for 5 days of roaming day passes. But I've never turned on data roaming, and even MyBell showed 0 roaming data usage. How did that happen?

  • ghostinthenet Jody Lemoine 🇨🇦 (@ghostinthenet@hachyderm.io) (@ghostinthenet) reported

@noIPv6 @nbrempel There’s reason for that. Big country, small population. The big providers are aren’t bad with their IPv6 offerings. (Not you @Bell!) When we start getting into the second tier providers handling stuff outside of the big cities? Not so much.

@Bell @Bell_MTS @Bell_Support For a company that allegedly wants my money, they're not trying very hard to keep it. Except, wait, I can't cancel my account over the phone because they can't validate it because the birth date is wrong and I don't have a phone that can accept validation texts.
