@BadLibrarian @Bell We were both up for renewal so we tried to port my wife's line over from Rogers, but @Bell was going to charge us almost $50/month *more* to share data on two numbers than were paying being with separate carriers. An actual disincentive to become their customer. Absolute madness.

Don't worry @Bell I did my own service, seeing as I still haven't received a phone call 9 days later after contacting you. #poorcustomerservice

@Bell @HydroOne Already 1 Month, simple phone line damage issue. Both of these big companies! are not able to fix it, and finding stupid reasons for pointing at each other. I want to fix my damaged bell line to fix, that is it. Is there anybody doing the job properly?

@Bell_Support Are they now, since when I call the support number, they have no knowledge of an outage. So I could have waited for a non existant resolution. How about not lying to your clientele!

@Bell_Support My tweet already stated that i was told I have to wait until TOMORROW. It is unacceptable that I'm paying for services and being told I'll have to wait AT LEAST 36 hours for someone to check it out. I should not be paying for my services to be down let alone THAT LONG at minimum!

@Bell this is a joke. My senior citizen father has been trying to get his phone and internet hooked up for 3 days. He has been on the phone for over 2 hours. This is absolutely awful. How dare you put an old man through this. HOW DARE YOU! WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. BRUTAL

@Bell_Support I don't have account info, but they created 3 different tickets for fixing this, and the first technician rejected because closer to the power line. 2n technician rejected, because no active Bell service, 3rd one waiting. I already wasted 4 hours on the phone explaining it.
