@sanskritib @Bell_Support I too am having internet outage. Several hh4000 reboots, error code flipping between 4100 and 2000. I've checked the sfp cables on the modem and on the box attached to my house. Must be an outage.

Yesterday I called @Bell to cancel my internet services as I am in a Italy playing pro soccer and my roommate, still in Canada, started managing affairs. I spoke to a wonderful representative named Taylor. Not only was she efficient but also kind and personable. She asked… 1/3

@Bell They offer it literally down the road 2 mins and won’t bring it to our street or we would all be getting it. Help us please?

  • DrewNagy1 Drew Nagy (@DrewNagy1) reported

@Bell If you ask me if I have a customer complaint, you were 10 years late (at least)... and you don't care.

  • PAHolder Peter Anthony Holder (@PAHolder) reported

Spent a half-hour on the line with @Bell because I got a letter stating that with #Fibe I should return a modem. Only problem. I don't have Fibe and I never had a modem from Bell. This is their third screw up in less than a month and yet another half hour I will never get back!

@Bell_Support I have been ripped off by one of the bell customer service rep when I called *611. She said the next bill will show the $50 credit but she didn’t apply that credit to my account.

@Bell But then we're stuck with Bell's unscrupulous business practices on behalf of their criminal billing department... Thanks, but I'll support another company besides the one who steals from their customer base AND accepts government $$$$.
