@bobgraymatters @Bell_Support @Bell Well I’m not a Bell customer and I’m getting calls and texts daily about an appointment that I don’t have even after telling them multiple times they have the wrong number! I can guarantee they’ve got your number wrong! I didn’t appreciate the call at 8am this morning.

@Bell extremely disappointed in the recent service. After 5 transfers to different technicians trying to resolve the issue and 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone actually speaking to people. The final transfer was answered then hung up. Not a great start with this company.

@Bell_Support what would be great, would be if you offered customer support to customers on a more convenient platform. All the money we pay? Bell CEOs are the greediest, company sucks. If there was ANY other provider- we’d all choose that other provider.

@Bell_Support no internet, TV or home phone for 72hrs going on to 96hrs. My parents are 80+ year olds, in the middle of a pandemic and winter with no entertainment, nor a way to call for help in case of an emergency.
