    @Bell_Support . The storm today brought down two large branches that are hanging from your telephone line in our yard. I don't want to remove them in case the line is damaged. What is your advice?

    Our @Bell internet went down this AM, and now we have to wait for two days for a technician to call us to schedule a time to come to our home… that turnaround time is too long! 😡 #frustrated

    @Bell_Support Any outages in Cambridge, Ontario? We have been down over an hour, rebooted modem manually but it won't connect to Bell's end. Please advise.
