@Bell_Support Yes Bell Fibe works through the app but prior recordings can’t be accessed and scheduled recordings won’t record. What are the odds of us getting a rebate of one day of lost service……probably zero.

@Bell_Support @Bell In other service industries, When they inconvenience their clients like this. The clients are usually compensated. Either through free stuff or credit towards their next visit. What’s Bell going to do? To keep their clients? I’m all ears.

@Bell_Support This is the worst tweet ever. How is it good news that the service we pay for is unavailable? Tell us the app is working but don’t ask us to be happy that we have to download your app to watch tv. Do better!

@hewett_michael @Bell_Support They tweeted out the outage does not affect Bell Fibe App, so I guess if you have a bell phone plan, you can enjoy your fav shows on your tiny screen, for sure it’s why I pay $185 a mo.for this experience. I had to get a Teksavvy (thru Rogers) line to be able to work at home
