@Bell_Support well after a week and a half of failure, and on line chats and phone calls we finally got a technician to fix our slow internet and now it doesn’t work at all

@Bell worst experience ever. 15 hours worth of phone calls, and in store visits, just to get $60 out of collections for a service I didn’t use. I was promised but a rep it would be dealt with and 3 weeks later, calls and letters keep coming.

@Bell_Support it’s been 2 hours on the phone between Bell Smart Home and Bell Internet we all agree it’s an issue with the modem but keep transferring from between the two departments, it’s happened 4 times now! And a tech came this afternoon!
