    @bell why won’t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasn’t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today

    Rogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.
