    … for the line currently running to the house. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. Making appointments without advising the customer, having them rush out to get a “new” modem, proposing sending a “new” receiver? The agent wouldn’t even let me speak to a Level 2 tech. 7/x

    @Bell_Support the MyBell app has been down for awhile with the update never being able to launch. I click the link it provides me but saying its a dead link.

    @rexregua @Bell_Support Glad that worked. I am sure they have fixed the issue from earlier. Unfortunately my install was not completed before the fix, so my cell data is taking a hit tonight lol. I am sure once the tech returns tomorrow & completes the updates, everything will be fine. Storm today too.

    @Bell i have called customer service about 10 times to get this line removed from my house since 2019 - I’ve wasted countless amounts of hours on hold with a promise to fix. @Bell was so quick to sign me up for services but won’t even respond now. Can I switch back to Rogers?1/2

    @Bell @northwestel stores have to go to cash only service but people cannot get cash from banks because the banks to have no internet service when there's a little rain. @CRTCeng
