    @RogersHelps They both have their own separate accounts/billing. Mom in fact was just moved over from @Bell. Orders both placed last Sunday, Mom (new account/customer) was the only one that received Airpods

    @DPocroianu @Bell Bell “let’s talk” campaign ended up being psychological warfare in my neighbourhood. I really believe their employees should need govt security after the zero day errors on my network.

    @RogersHelps @Riginalredhead Don't bother replying. They feed you garbage and don't fix anything. I've had ongoing problems for a few years off and on. Just waiting for the day I can switch to @Bell fine. Rogers sucks!!

    @Bell @Bell_Support me and my husband have made 12 called to various bell numbers to try to add my cell phone to our home bill. Spent hours on the phone with no solution!!! Been disconnected numerous times with no call backs, no response and no empowerment to solve by CSRs.

    So @Bell ported my number without delivering my phone that I ordered on black friday. I call up customer care and they tell me I'm one of the people affected as if that's supposed to make me feel better and then told me to go to a store to get a new sim in the middle of lockdown!

    @Bell_Support internet has been spotty today. Had no tv service for hours. Couldn’t speak to s/o to get help. Disappointed with the service.

    @Bell_Support My Mobility Account has 5 lines underneath. I have been trying to cancel 2 of them. The store referred me to call your Cancellation Dept. who never answers calls, DM’d you here and on FB with no response. How can I contact you? Very Frustrating!
