@Bell Same problem I've been having for at least 6 or 7 years now... You keep sending my girlfriends personal financial information to me instead of her. I am not your client, and I have no business knowing about her finances unless *she* chooses to share that information.

@bell guaranteed an installation today between 8-12 and a tech showed up past the time when my landlord prohibits installs after 2pm. was advised no installations available until tuesday i work from home and am wifi-less worst customer service to ever exist 👎🏻

@bell you are actually the worst service provider. I havent been able to login to my account for weeks now, and I am on week 13 of waiting for my phone to be delivered. Only took 11 business days to process something that I was told would process within 2. Tickle me impressed.

@Bell you have unprofessional techs. Apparently they can't read simple instructions. Tech couldn't gain access to the premises. Yet I never received a call or nobody buzzed our door. 48 hours with no internet. Both my wife and I work from home. So your excuse is lame

@samanthadjb @Bell_Support They were supposed to fix the CD remotely yesterday. Instead disconnected us. Tech didn’t arrive until after we closed. Told me he would reschedule for this AM, instead closed the ticket. CSR today says no techs available until at least tomorrow. 100% unacceptable.
