    @Bell The worst experience ever today with bell mobility customer service.Spent 5hrs on the phone, got cut off 3 times and spoke to 6 reps. Just wow!!! and the irony I still did not achieve what I needed. Clearly my business is not needed.

    I listen through the needlessly lengthy preamble, which I have to assume is designed to get people to hang up before they do the survey, as it’s more likely the people with negative things to say about @bell customer service will be more invested in completing the process.

    @Bell_Support @CastleRogue No matter how many times I put these emails into ‘junk’ ! they continue to increase. The email addresses change so blocking does nothing. BELL needs to use the same filters that gmail uses since I never have this problem with them! I also rarely use my bell/sympatico email.

    @Bell Are there any exclusive offers you provide to your loyal customers like @Fidomobile and @Rogers if you cannot provide any good customer assistance and help with porting a Thunder Bay number to other providers. No information was provided prior to starting service....

    I have a TV that supports airplay, but because I don’t have @Bell internet (I’m in Alberta) I can’t use Airplay from Bell Fibe app 😭 But I do love that they finally support viewing recordings from my Sat Receiver, looks like I’ll need to get another AppleTV for my bedroom🤪

    After a making a mistake with my email and sending info that I still have not gotten no one @Bell seems to want to help. I just had @Bell @Bell_Support rep hang up on me because I asked for her name! I guess that’s how customers are treated nowadays. Great start to 2021👍🏽

    @FidoSolutions the worst company ever.. #scammed me of 37.5 dollars without providing any servicing.. @Bell can you provide a better service? I am in deep trouble..

    None of which I am even mad about anymore. Congrats @bell: you have successfully conditioned me to accept incredibly crappy customer service. Bear in mind the individuals themselves are generally fine; it is the systems and scripts, jargon and jingoism that is so frustrating.

    So, @bell, if anyone there happens to see this, your survey machine is broken and I think you do that deliberately so that you can report that you are seeking feedback while actually delivering squat.
