@Bell_Support In Parkhill, Ontario. My internet service has been "unavailable" but still connected since 11am today. Just tried the virtual repair tool and it detected an outage. Wasn't informed at all. Is it going to be fixed at all?? What's going on.

The fact that @Bell says it could take 24 hours for an area outage to be fixed is completely unacceptable. People are still working from home so it’s not just no social media or tv for 24 hours your impacting peoples ability to do their jobs #dobetter #fixit
