    @Bell I got the Visa card from you which says 60days after service install, it should be loaded. It’s over 60days and am still waiting for it.

    Anyone else in #Ottawa having alot of problems with @Bell_Support internet and TV? Completely crashed 4 times today (during Daughters online class) and now everything is just molasses type slow...

    On hold to try to get the charges reversed. 1 hour of my time so far. Waiting for the 4th “representative”. The last person didn’t even tell me they were going to transfer me 🙄😡. I’m in god know which queue now because everyone so far “not their problem” 😖. @Bell_Support
