@Bell_Support has the absolute worst service. Four times we have had a booking for a service call in one week. Scheduled, rescheduled 4 times and every time a no show. Now without both tv and internet service. Does anyone at @Bell care about customer service??

@G33Gnasty @Bell_Support Been very mediocre when I first built the house. Had gotten worse ever since. Several attempts to remediate the issues with no success. My entire house is hardwired with Ethernet ports in every room, yet the guy installed modem upstairs instead of where the cables run to….
