@Bell my favorite part is when I call to cancel my service as it is not offered in my new area and someone picks up, doesn't say anything, puts me on hold/mute and waits for me to hang up. #justbellthings

  • JustANe04349165 JustANerd (@JustANe04349165) reported

I think I'm going to cancel our @CraveCanada TV - seeing as @Bell lied to us and @Bell_Support is taking their sweet time to fix things, landing us now in day 10 of no internet, what's the point in paying for something we can't use?

  • AccordXTC Wyatt Thompson (@AccordXTC) reported

@Bell actually has a selling point today with Rogers Wireless being down. @Rogers if this is any indication of "The Best Is Yet To Come" I'd hate to see the opposite.

  • _jennreyn Jenn Reynolds (@_jennreyn) reported

Today would be a really good day for @TELUS and @Bell to launch special deals on plans for Rogers customers. Hell even "our cell service actually WORKS" would work as a selling point.

  • Notkay8 Notkay (@Notkay8) reported

@Bell_Support no cell service this morning... is something down?

  • nikkiwhiteart Nikki White (@nikkiwhiteart) reported

Damn, just called @Bell_Support to lower my phone bill, but they had nothing available, so I’m like ok I’ve been with you for over ten years but I’ll have to cancel and they were like “lol k.” 🙃

  • LeannaC92 Leanna (@LeannaC92) reported

@Rogers @supreme_singh1 Lol should just cancel all of my Rogers accounts now. My home tv glitches and freezes 5 times a day and now a household of 5 can't even use their phones... @Bell is getting alot of customers after today

  • LeannaC92 Leanna (@LeannaC92) reported

My @Rogers home internet is so horrible every day that I had no idea Rogers was "out of service" today. This is the same crappy internet I get daily. Imagine paying for this daily? (yes I have called & complained multiple times & nothing ever fixed & I live in GTA) @Bell save me
