@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Ya there is the whole pkp thing but again I’m saving money and that’s what my wife wants. But if my service was bad I’d give them a chance to fix and but after that I’m done. Anyway I hope it gets fixed eventually for your kids schooling

@eric_habs @Bell_Support We have been going through this for 3 years!! They have changed the modern 3or4 times. I keep telling them the same thing about the house, they don’t listen, they keep selling me more products and upgrading my service package. It’s costing me a fortune to still have no service

@Bell every time I call the customer service 18664810944 I spend 2-3 hours on the phone. Last agent responded me from Philippine and he said his supervisor will call me in 2 hours! That would be my 10:30 pm. It’s 11:20 pm and still no calls.

@FreedSongbird @Bell Oops, wrong number. I believe @Bell has been taking advantage of all of their customers for decades. The will never record half of my last decades of calls asking them to treat me fairly. They seem to record how my bill goes up and I get services I don't want. For less

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Well I’m no expert but I would say it does not matter if you have the cheapest or most expensive package it’s the signal around your house not the speed.

So my internet is down (thank you, @Bell). This will either be my most productive day in months, or the day I finally "go out for a pack of smokes"

@eric_habs @Bell_Support I am with you 💯, I was done with Bell when they told me that they would not offer me any credits or a free movie channel extra ... for not have internet service because I never actually lost service !! Honestly if it were my choice I would’ve switched to Vidéotron, even w/PKP.
