    My call to @Bell_Support is going as planned. 1st person, "Can't help you. Let me transfer you." On hold 10 minutes. 2nd person, asks for info again, puts me on hold another 10, "Can't help you." Me: "Please escalate this." 2nd: I'm checking something else. Line drops. 😠

    @Bell 4 pm. No technician showing up. My 80 year old mother has been waiting in an empty apartment for 8 hours. So far your customer service agents have lied to me hung up on me and yelled at me. Your company needs a serious over haul.

    @bell It is now 5pm and your technician did not bother to show up. My 80 yr old mother and 83 yr old father on oxygen now have no phone for an emergency as you cut off service at their old place. You made my mother wait 9 hours in an empty apt and didn't bother showing up.

    @Bell what tis wrong with your agents... From the past 1 month I am suffering because of your agents faults. My name has been written wrong I tried to correct them 3 times on call and still they have sent the wrong name on the service agreement. I am really frustrated...

    @Bell_Support That's just it!! Your last customer service person told me to tell my mom to Just Call Us. How???? She doesn't have a phone and you already cut off service at her old home. I REPEAT! SHE IS 80 YEARS OLD AND YOU TELL HER TO WAIT IN AN EMPTY APARTMENT FOR 9 HOURS!!! #DISGUSTING
