    Cancelling Internet service with @bell is so much harder than it needs to be. I don't need your scare tactics or your delays. Once again, @teksavvy 's customer service comes out on top.

  • DavidReidsmith David ReidSmith (@DavidReidsmith) reported

    @Bell Your Fibe Network is EXTREMELY SLOW in TORONTO area. Expecting refund/credit for today's poor service. I shouldn't have to pay for SLOW service today.

    @Bell Can’t get anything but crappy service wifi and yet fibre op is available a mile up the road what bs. especially when you’re paying an arm and a leg.

    @Bell I would like to get a discount as a costumer each month for having a slow data connection/hotspot/online gaming even when I have my both 5G on it’s still slow. Because of a small rain I lose connection/bars or when there’s clouds or mild wind. Do I deserve discount?

  • AZLOCDL AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @ItsWayzy @Bell @TorontoUltra I need help

  • AZLOCDL AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
