@fatimamelendez @Bell_Support As far as I know, the 4K is the PVR for recording, and the HD is just a dummy terminal. I wasn't able to access my recording, but both were able to access live program... until I reboot both to try to fix the problem, then they are now both stuck on the Bell Fibe Blue screen.

@Cerutti55 @Bell_Support While the internet is working, the Bell website is not. Every page freezes while loading. No access to any support that is worthwhile and anything related to FIBE TV is down. Feel better now!

@Bell_Support On hold for 1:30 the least you can do is answer the calls to let us know!!! Unreal how hat bad service and my account is commercial no tv for my customers and no answering my calls!!! Definitely going to change
