My 72 year-old mother was in hospital for 4 months this year. My sister & I have been staying there to help out. We've had no @Bell internet for 5 weeks and a terrible quality phone line.

@Bell_Support My promotions are expiring at the end of the month and after countless phone calls with the loyalty department it’s still $70 more each month than what I’m paying now. Absolutely crazy! Is there anything you can do to help?

@Bell_Support hate to tell you that there are issues in Ontario, I have been down since noon and have no access to internet or Fibe TV, so thanks to having wireless devices with @TELUS #Rogers, I haven’t been left in the dark. Why can no one explain why?!!

@Bell_Support Hi! My internet has been cutting out completely today. This is the third time and it takes a while to fully start. The phone line is thankfully working. There has been any weather issues today, so I don't understand. It has been fine. Do you think it's the router?
