@newspeak84 @Bell I have 1800 sq ft two storey. Not anything like a mansion and I can’t get stable wifi upstairs in a bedroom. The power output. Or whatever it’s called is poor at best. I shouldn’t have to pay for boosters just to reach a BEDROOM! Seems like planned robbery to me.

What I’m seeing from @Bell right now is that they’re purposely pushing people off the old 3000 modem’s based on issue date by throttling internet speeds, saying their modem is defective and then forcing their customers to change plans and/or get the new 4000 modem to fix issues

@Bell I bet you are getting pretty good a apologizing at this point. I pay $315 per mth for 2 cell phones and high speed internet that is just marginally better than dial up. Response was Hey I see your tv service isn’t with us.

@Connor_Lapalme @Bell_Support Same issue here off island in Vaudreuil. Red light on the 3000 modem, 1001 error. It's been out for 4+ hours as well. Wish bell could update people on this regional outage.

Hey @NintendoCanada can you have your customer service agents open a school teaching good customer service and invite @Bell_Support to send their phone based agents? They desperately need the education!
