    @Bell_Support Yeah done this and called and the great solution you give, unplug and let them reset. I think they will be going in the garbage

    Also, @bell_support, unsurprisingly, rebooting my modem will not miraculously fix a “widespread outage.”

    Anyone else having major issues with @Bell internet? No service for 10 days! (FABULOUS) Service tech was here for 6 hrs. Still couldn’t get it going! Unreal!

    @Bell you have dropped our call 5x ! We are questioning a discrepancy on our bill. Your customer service is lacking . Why are we charged for roaming when our phones where contacted to wifi and our data was OFF!
