when I called your toll free number (1 866 797-8686) it went to the voicemail of a private company that works under contract to @Bell. This is ridiculous. Clocks ticking. Let's see if we can fix this in less than 2hrs. last time it took over 8 techs and multiple days.

@Bell_Support I have the top internet package with you, yet I get notifications multiple times a week that my internet is unstable. Why does this happen, what can be done?

@CanadiensMTL @Bell Incredibly, hockey will be considered an essential service in Quebec. If these guys get pulled over after 8pm, they just have to flash their toothless smiles and hockey sticks.

@Bell_Support I’ve done that before but over the phone. No help was given. You’re the worst provider in my area.

@Bell You should really talk to your workers and tell them how to talk to people. Ignorant person on the phone saying “do you not understand english?” To an english speaking man! Clearly the worker was being an idiot.

@Srivastav_06 @Bell As a follow up .. I find customer service people in Canada do not as a rule lower our bills and are not sympathetic to our plight, whereas customer service overseas bend over backwards to do what they can to lower our tv or internet bills. My experience :)

You know, @bell, maybe during a pandemic isn’t the best time to increase your plan costs. $3 extra a month, on a $125 plan, spread across tens of thousands of people, when you’re already making billions from your customers, is garbage.
