@peterfromottawa @tamimsab @Bell I've also had both and would wait days for tech support to arrive because Rogers and Bell customers get priority. Fibe is the name for the service but it only works if your building is equipped with fiber. While Bell is terrible, the service and speed over fiber is unmatched.

@Bell_Support Thats great going forward, does nothing to fix the fact that you made mistakes in the past by the lies and misinformation given to me when I activated my account and now I am stuck because of it. Proper customer service would see the issue fixed and arrangements made as an apolog

@Kidlid @Bell_Support Bell is down. I've done all my modem maintenance and cannot get connected. I'm in the Victoria BC region.

@Bell I’m frustrated because you billed us $599 for a broken TV receiver that we had, as instructed, returned 2.5 months ago. When we called to check, the person who answered found the returned box in 5 minutes. Unacceptable billing practice.

@Bell_Support no internet and Tv in baseline ottawa? called bell this morning said there is no issue?!

@peterfromottawa @Bell The lag is likely to do more with your building than the service. One of my previous apartment was a black hole for wifi. If you're gaming try using a hardwired connection to the router.
