Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • torimyles Tori Myles (@torimyles) reported from Georgina, Ontario

@Bell looking to switch my 2 cell phones, ignite internet, wifi, tv and smart home monitoring over from @RogersHelps Is the customer service better?

  • okawesomethanks OkAwesomeThanks #BringBackMasks (@okawesomethanks) reported

@artisteashlei @Bell_Support And this is why I refuse to switch over to Bell right now even though our internet is terrible. Rather deal with daily outages than getting Covid from someone who is in multiple homes every day. @Bell_Support Do better!!

  • DanColton60 Dan Colton (@DanColton60) reported

@Bell Wow , the 125.00 internet is crap , so I should pay more to make it work? Brilliant

  • lukedimarco Luke DiMarco (@lukedimarco) reported

@Bell_Support Can I get my Hub 3000 back. This Gigahub is the worst piece of Bell tech I've owned since the Pods. Drops connection with random devices on random schedule. Worst decision in the world to upgrade to Gigabit. Fibe 300 was 1000x more reliable and faster.

  • scottcorkum88 Scott Corkum (@scottcorkum88) reported

@Bell_Support No I'm good. Tech support will do the typical "reset your modem, reset your connected devices, ect." As if I've never done that before. Then "We'll have to send a tech out to look at it..." I don't have time for that.

  • Rocco4Toronto Rocco Achampong (@Rocco4Toronto) reported

Dear @Bell ...saddens me to say your service is terrible. Four technicians in a week and a half and still no internet or TV. cancel, but when your alternative is @Rogers one really has no options in this country. We have the worst telecom service on the planet. Open it up.

  • EReillyphoto eileenreillyart (@EReillyphoto) reported

@artisteashlei @Bell_Support During lockdown they sent technicians to fix our internet. None with masks until we asked and even then we had to turn away a couple who refused. Looks like they haven’t learned

  • JonnBell Jonn  (@JonnBell) reported

@Bell Clearly you haven’t used your own internet. Lag isn’t the issue its how shuts off multiple times a night lol

  • MisspoliReport Hazel McCallion Is Dreadful (@MisspoliReport) reported

@northyorkblonde @artisteashlei @Bell_Support Poor service, incompetent support and technicians

  • vote4robgill Rob Gill (@vote4robgill) reported

Can someone explain this... Farm in Niagara on the Lake: 3Gbps symmetrical internet for $100/mth House in Downtown St Catharines: 100Mbps down, 10Mbps Up for $75/mth It would be nice if @Bell didn't neglect its existing infrastructure. #onpoli #cdnpoli
