@Bell I have had the worst experience with Bell customer service! Endless hours of incompetence and self righteousness attitude from Bell. They are completely at fault and recorded calls are proof! Do not go with Bell Mobility! Disgusted!

@BellAliantCntr @Bell_Support wondering if it’s time after 15 years as a VIP customer to change providers. Have been trying to resolve an issue since Dec 17th to be told it will take 2 days to resolve, then another 2 days then told there is nothing “we” can do but wait! UPSET

Ugh so frustrating. **** YOU @Bell. I pay for a service and I can't even watch the @iihf_wjc through the internet. Living in the north and dish is down but I pay for BellTV through internet and @TSN_Sports is not in my package which it SHOULD BE BECAUSE I PAY FOR IT!!!

@Bell_Support finally got in touch with someone from Loyalty - rather than try to help me reduce my bill (promo's expired) the lady was offering me home phone for an additional $35.95. WDF? What kind of training do they get? Time to make the switch to another provider. SMH!

Yesterday I worked on moving a client’s home network from @Rogers to @Bell and I have to give @Bell credit in terms how fast their Internet speeds are. Their 500 Mbps service is WAY better than my Gigabit service.

@Bell_Support hi, just wanted to follow up. Recently cancelled service and sent back equipment via prepaid label. It looks like something is up with the shipping. Hoping it can be resolved so I’m not charged for the equipment.

@bslobodin @Bell I had this issue too, they sent my info to their sales team so they won’t come back to my house. But let’s maybe address the issue of doing door to door sales in the middle of a global pandemic instead?

@illumin8dTomes @Bell_Support Lol even better is that they sent my complaint to their door to door team so they won’t come to my house anymore. That’s great but let’s address the fact that they’re risking staff and clients safety by doing door to door in the first place.
