    @CBCNews @cbcErica Even if this employee did not know this man had alzheimers this would not have been a smooth transaction. There would have been some hesitation which the employee shouldn't have taken advantage of. The sad thing is @Bell couldn't help the son until escalation.

    @Rogers & @RogersHelps 2 hrs today, 2 hrs last Friday on the phone w/6 agents from Customer service & Rogers preferred prgm. 6 emails. A dozen text msgs.AND still no phone, still not on the correct plan. Why did I leave @Bell again????

    @kristatee @chantalsygk @Bell I worked on a dementia ward for 4 years, family needs to step in clearly and help manage his finances , sadly I’ve seen much worse happen ..( and even sadder sometimes its the family )

    @Bell_Support Hi there. Our business has had its lines unavailable for more than a day now. Technicians are giving conflicting reports between the main & Total Connect departments. Calling support via two separate calls and they keep getting disconnected on pickup. Help!

    @Bell could not care about me as a customer or to resolve the issue. I know I am not the only customer feeling this way. And I feel it’s time to stand up to the Monopoly for technology companies in Canada. And no longer will Bell be able to treat their customers this way.
