@Bell_Support my parents live in a rural area and you provide their internet. It has been down for weeks due to too many people on the existing tower. They can’t even pay bills with online banking. What kind of service is this? They call and your response is we have no idea.

@Rogers The big outage was not enough. Your service could not be any worse. 4 outages in 3 days. Average at least 1 outage per week for the last 5 months. Hours each time. Glad technical support “understands my frustration” @Bell coming your way!

@Bell_Support You guys won’t do anything. Never do. That’s the problem with the Canadian market when there are only two players the customer gets screwed over and over again

  • TurnRight888 Rex (@TurnRight888) reported

@Bell You lost me as a customer

  • floralfire_ asher (@floralfire_) reported

My internet has been randomly not working and I think I’d rather die than spend the next 7 hours on the phone with @Bell ugh

@Bell_Support fibre to home is coming to my rural town in Ontario. I am not or ever will be a bell customer and don't want workers in my yard. I own my property. What should I expect? I worked hard to do my landscaping and garden.
