    @Bell_Support I am trying to get a cell phone plan and no help with the agents. Offered me a good deal on Monday and said would call me back today only to ask for more money and less data. Very disappointed, long term bellmts customer wanted to switch to bell. Make this right!

    @Bell_Support really wanna know why my mom has had continuous service disruptions with her internet and all of your dough head techs seem just to make it worse. I'm about to switch her service as well as my homes service to a competitor this is RIDICULOUS.

    @Bell Meanwhile, you still won’t offer anything higher than 50 Mb/s in my neighbourhood (even though the surrounding neighbourhoods all have 1 Gb/s service).

    @Bell_Support from last 3 days calling for one problem but no resolution. Nobody wants to understand only thing they do just impose. Just say you have to have no choice . This is insane. For my two account , different price for same service. Horrible

    @savomauro @Bell_Support @Bell Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you call them good luck, you will get nothing but incompetence and an inability to help with multiple transfers and describing yourself over and over again

    Another day at DipshitInc. Techs who now don't know anything about the programs we were trained to use or the company we 'work' for. Been set to 'tech issues' in Avaya since 11:30am today. Tech support said they'd call me - but my unpublished new landline # rang instead. @Bell
