    Having internet Issues. Called @bell, agent not being able to figure out the problem ask me if it is cold outside, because the cold affect the wires. Me: Ma'am, where are you located? Canada have bad winters, please stop with the rubbish. Turns out she is in the Philipines.

    @Bell one of your drivers was driving like he's drunk. I called customer service, he asked for my customer number. I'm like i don't have any, i keep talking... And he cut me while talking and asked "are you deaf or something, i asked you your customers number." #bellcanada

    @Bell I got no internet for 5 days and getting charged for the service. Bell support does not help ! I actually don't know what to do at this point !

    Well, @Rogers looks like we're switching to @Bell. You kept cancelling our setup appointments and we've been without internet for 20 days. Spent over 4 hours on phones trying to get things figured out. You definitely lost a long term customer.

    @bell I live in the country where cell service is not reliable; however, 5 days of excuses and still no tech to fix the landline issue is ridiculous. I even explained that I have a palliative care person in the home and need the line for emergency. They don't care.

    @Bell I will be cancelling my service - charging me incorrectly and making me pay out of pocket for a "credit to my account" is not correcting the situation. It's pre-paying for your service! I want out! #BellLetsTalk @CRTC @BBBCentralON

    @Bell_Support you having major outages or something I’m only getting 2.4mbps down and 73.5upload I did all the reset crap that you do when calling in.

    I had returned a faulty PVR (for the 3rd time) and @Bell_News @Bell_Support didn't receive it from Purolater and rather than deciding to follow up with that company (it says in transit on the tracking) they decided to charge me. The PVR they gave me this time is also broken.
