Hey @Bell, how is "how to cancel your Fibe TV app?" not a FAQ?..and doesn't show up in search...Its like you want people to give up and just keep paying you for something they don't want or use...

@Bell_Support can you tell me why our internet keeps dying? I’ve called tech support and gotten nowhere. Our TV keeps giving me the 101 blue screen of death. Lucky I have a good data plan cuz otherwise, I’d be screwed right now.

@bell all you guys do is run people around on the phone and give them no answers !!! This is the second day I’m still waiting for my problem to be resolved. There should be no reason I have issues with my internet and yet it’s like mission impossible to fix it. Ridiculous

@Bell_Support Thanks #BellBot. Do I actually need to follow @Bell_Support to send a DM? (No) and can I just @ tweet them how to cancel so it’s visible to other people who surely have the same question.
