@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

Just ported 2 lines from @TELUS and 1 line from @Bell over to @Rogers. The decision to leave both was based mostly on crappy customer service. We were with Telus for at least 15 years. #TreatYourCustomersRight

@Bell so apparently it's a $15 service fee to speak with a customer rep for 5 mins on the phone to make a change to my account? Which I wasn't told about till after. On top of the $25 to add a GB of data when I already spend $120 a month. #robbery #garbage let's talk my ***

@Bell_Support @bell nothing resolved and still no internet. Apparently still won’t be fixed for days. One of their solutions was to go to a friends and use theirs. In a pandemic????? Apparently they also don’t work 24/7 to fix cables that get water in them
