@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@CBCOttawa Can you look into phone and internet outage in #Franktown area of #BeckwithTownship after a copper theft last Wednesday at 4:30pm and @Bell_Support keeps missing its own repair targets (Friday 10pm, Monday 10pm, Tuesday 8am) - there's no end in sight. #Bell

@ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

@Bell my 94 year old mother’s home phone has been since Saturday, I’ve been lied to twice already. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasn’t fixed and suddenly today they say it’s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.
