    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

    Hi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.
