@Bell I am trying to help my senior parents in the Maritimes look into switching dad to a prepaid phone plan as he only uses cell for emergencies. Getting a hold of someone is extremely frustration for me let alone them. Help!! BTW 1-888-537-9999 is useless

Dear @Bell_Support I have tried so hard. Honestly cell coverage on the 401 and the 400 could not be worse. For years; every.single.trip… multiple drops, extra airtime saying “can you here me?” What gives? We have craft on the moon. It’s easier to keep a customer then to get one

@Bell_Support We have been told multiple times that there is an outage in our area. How is it possible that all of our neighbours still have no issues with their Fibe service but our household is down?

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant They can't help. It's not like you're going to suddenly deploy fibre to a rural location in Newfoundland is it? And you're clearly not investing in dsl2 hardware either, so they're stuck with what they have until they switch again..
