My #customercare experience with @BellAliant continues to be abysmal. It's so painful to contact their customer support. @Bell You could definitely learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction.

@Bell_Support I fully appreciate that but I have spoken to 4 online representatives and 2 in the call Center and the refund still hasn’t been paid out so don’t see why the Twitter team will be able to resolve. #poor #disppointed #customerservice

@RdKean @Bell I'd argue that this is literally false advertising. High speeds do not mean low latency, those are two entirely different things. Not to mention games use so little bandwidth you'd still have no problems playing practically anything on a 20/5 aDSL connection.
