Alright I've decided I'm gonna give @Bell a chance.. you've just spent the summer refitting my neighborhood with Fibre optics. Rogers has been unreliable over the last 18 months. 3gbps up & down.. let's give it a shot.

  • ignited_Mind Chandan Kumar (@ignited_Mind) reported

@Bell_Support It's really frustrating dealing with @Bell, the wrong commitment being made by marketing people over call and enrolled for different mobility plans, which is resulting in a higher bill. Customer svc is good for nothing they just keep fwdng calls without any info.

  • TehDark1 DedishVonDoom (@TehDark1) reported

@Bell They're customer service is so bad. Last time I was with bell I was on hold for 2 hours only to be hung up on because I couldn't understand who I was talking to because his accent was so thick and he got offended when I asked him to speak slower and annunciate his words.

@Bell Ahhh took the tweet down from this morning making fun of people that can’t afford heat

  • JSorbaraHosker J. Sorbara-Hosker (@JSorbaraHosker) reported

Thanks again @Rogers for my internet dropping on not one but two virtual meetings that I was hosting today as I work from home @RogersHelps I wonder if @Bell_Support could offer a better deal & more reliable service ...

@MoosecalacTim @Bell @Bell_Support Got Starlink and enjoyed calling Bell and telling them what they can do with their service.

  • Lisa83087613 Lisa (@Lisa83087613) reported

@Bell_Support what the FFFF bell. I request a call back. You call back just to tell me you can't help me till noon because of a schedule maintenance??? Nice customer appreciation we need more competition in this country

  • bownty93 Donald Bowman (@bownty93) reported

@Bell Funny this ad comes out when the Bell service has officially started lagging. Not as bad as Rogers, but not much better.

  • Jetro131 Jetro13 (@Jetro131) reported

@Bell That only works if you have Fibre in the area or going to your home. I didn't have and could never get more than 57 mbps. So I got rid of Bell. If you have cable in your house, stay with it and go with another provider. I have 750 speed now!!!!!
