    @Bell_Support I made an online order for the wrong phone an hour ago. I called and used live chat multiple times to cancel the order, and was told to wait for the phone to ship and then send it back. I have not been notified that it shipped yet, and I would like to cancel.

    @bell, @CraveTVHelp, We are now more than halfway through a week of my #CraveTV service being largely non-functioning. I hope that this period will be credited back to me, and if we surpass a week, I will demand it. Nice phone support, btw. Spent 15 minutes on hold, then dropped.

    @Bell worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of not doing business with, twice didn’t show up to do an install, didn’t have no prior warning - joke of a company. Typical example of what is wrong with Canada in 2021

    @Bell It’s ridiculous, We pay through the nose just to have Internet and cable in our houses that doesn’t work so then we have to pay extra money to get an extra device to pay for a goddamn service that you’re supposed to be supplying anyway #ripoff

    @Bell_Support My mother is experiencing outage of internet and land line.... she lives on Des Bouleau Street in Dieppe.... do you have any idea how long the outage is? She is 85 and doesn't like being without the phone Thanks

    @Bell_Support Yes, everything is down (phone, internet, TV). All my neighbours have service. This is torture without TB or internet, I'm having withdrawls.

    We pay almost $200/month for @Bell Fibe and i still had to stream the @MapleLeafs game tonight because my package doesn't include SNO. Garbage. Canceling this dumpster fire of a service
