@sherrick399 @CanadRaf @Bell_Support I rebooted because the recordings weren't playing- two times for the receiver and the modem - now it's all down but the web. Their tv is available online though .. only problem is for older relatives in the house who don't use internet .. they gotta go back to the Marconi..

@Bell_Support No phone or live chat help. Give us a better idea of problems. Have rebooted several times and get blue screen Bell Fibe. Very poor service. Give us idea of geography and time frame. Put message on your answer service and MyBell.

@Bell_Support Not true - no recordings available. Nice communication (sarcasm) not everyone is on twitter. You should be communicating to your customers especially at the ridiculous rates you charge !! WTF!

@Bell_Support Bell Fibe TV went down three hours ago. Tried rebooting both modem and receiver no joy.Receiver internet indicator light next to it just flashes Bell Fibe screen on TV. Tried to call but the so busy it told us to hang up and call later. Is the issue on your end?

@Miss_Allison_D @Bell So I just tried my bedroom TV and that is working (except recordings). It’s very odd as it’s connected to the main receiver that’s not working by wireless receiver. This happened once before which is why I tried. It defies logic.
