@Bell_Support Service interruption on your side. Why was our rate increased if the problems with your service quality continue?

@Bell_Support home internet. we've been with bell for 47 years and somehow the best service you can offer us is a capped 5Mbps download speed for $85+tax every month. would you be happy to pay that much money to receive such abysmal service?

@GeraldKutney Sorry. I am in a ripe mood after spending 2 hours on the phone with @Bell to fix a problem a five year old could fix in about 10 seconds.

Just spent TWO and HALF HOURS, that's right 150 minutes on the phone trying to fix internet for elderly neighbour. @Bell sucks. Transferred 7 times, intermittently on hold 35 times, just to reboot an internet box. AND I thought Xplornet sucks. @Bell has them beat hands down.

Not too impressed with @Bell Canada. My mom -a senior living alone- lost her phone, tv and internet service last night. Bell was supposed to come between 3 and 5 today to fix it. Nope. Now she has to wait until between 3 and 5 tomorrow. Not ok! #pissedoffdaughter #irresponsible

@JenInOntario @Bell I'm so sorry to hear this. I have not been impressed with Bell's service lately; not sure what's going on with them. Widespread outages, I've heard. That's awful that their lack of response has isolated your mum. Sounds so hard. I hope she's able to get phone/internet back ASAP.

@Bell Not all that bad, but the first phone I used as a kid we only had to dial 5 digits.

@Bell_Support Why? And waste another two hours of my valuable time. Give me a break. Your support really, really, sucks.

@SprouleSue @Bell No employer should ever damage a person's mind. I feel like I am in a jungle & Bell makes their own rules like in a jungle no accountability for their actions. I have to deal w corporation, lawyers & my struggles alone as one person. Who looks after me the victim of @Bell >
