@Bell_Support I'm going to give up and assume that whenever there's an issue, you will jump straight to it being me. I think Telus is giving a slightly better deal anyway, and their site seems to work (without me deleting all my saved passwords).

.@Bell_Support Whats going on with your mobile network in Kelowna BC? SMS between Bell devices ❌ since 11/18, now data speeds absolutely atrocious. Service overall very poor, now day 5. 2hrs with your support teams so far to be told "escalated, reply in 5 days". Not good enuff

@Bell_Support No. Fix your end. As you can see it is on all browsers, wifi and 5G. Not my end. DM will do zip. I don't think I want to be your customer if everything will be my fault. I suppose I should unplug my computer for 30 seconds and reboot my phone. And my router & restore my phone.

One thing power outages are good for is to remind us how bad @Bell @Rogers @Telus are failing in providing adequate cell coverage to rural areas. At least NS Power has crews out working when an outage occurs, but Cell cos... its BAU.
