    @AmberBA1986 @karenjirvine @Bell_Support Actually the end time posted for resolution was 7:49AM. It’s almost 12 hrs past that and still not resolved.

    @Bell_Support Are there any outages that would be affecting the Ancaster area? The tool says no but our service has been down for around 5 hours. The power hasn’t been out. Rebooted the modem a couple of times but it can’t connect to bell servers. (Error 2000)

    @Bell_Support @Bell My sister in St Catharines has been without Bell internet since December 23. Called support today - December 25 - told her should be up by 2 pm. It is still not up? What is the issue????

    @Bell_Support Okay it's now 8:46pm, 22hours since the internet went out. The only thing that has changed on the outage page is it now says Dec 23 at 7:49pm, today is the 24th!

    @Jonavin @Rogers @Bell We are fortunate as here in Willowdale, we have the high speed fibre network connection (but unfortunate that we have terrible traffic haha)

    @Erik1130 @Rogers It’s almost 2023 and I can only get DSL from @bell. They won’t even sell their wireless solution to me, which would be faster.
