After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. The Last of us!! (@ocp_sumit) reported@bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.
