@Bell_Support @Azeez87066383 Moreover, after your promotion ends, they won’t give you a good promotion. My promotion ended yesterday, I called. The “best” offer they gave me is $60 more per month with the same service, $720 per year more. And they expect you to be loyal with Bell.

@Bell_Support people living in another condo get $70 CR for 1.5 internet speed but people living in different Condo gets only $5 CR for 1.5 speed, exactly same service. Unfair. Bell charge you a lot more after your first promotion ends. $60 per month more. $720 more per year.

@Bell_Support Hi! Is there any way to set up an auto text reply for when I don’t have cell service? I get a lot of service request texts and calls when I’m camping and such. I’d like a way to have them informed to call the main office. I’m on an iPhone. Thanks!

@Bell_Support Why do I DM you after your loyal customer rep confirmed the offer won’t change? Do you have more power than them? No right? What do I hope for from you by sending you my info? Pls tell me if there’s hope. But otherwise, best offer goes to a new customer. Current don’t get much.

@Bell_Support @spindogg802 Their best offer that Bell did to me today was asking me to pay $60 more per month for same service. And they expect you to be loyal. Be careful

@Bell_Support And loyal rep, confirm that it won’t change the offer, doesn’t matter who to talk. Only $5 credit. Sweet to a new customer but worst offer to current one.

@davemccr @Bell @Bell_Support I understand but having had a system that doesn’t work before with Rogers, I am just hesitant to make any switch away from my set-up that finally works. Endorsement from a Shaw tech support person that Bell is the best (and parent to Telus I think?), I’m not budging

@smaierpt @Bell_Support Crazy, same thing here in Montreal, never happened before. CNBC even put some NSFW content when I switched there earlier. Makes no sense its blocked when we have access to NBC anyway. I even questioned myself whether there was a US holiday I never heard of!! Guess Bloomberg it is
