@Bell Not. I called for service on my landline twice before getting a confirmed appointment for a technician in 5 days! Your poor call agents are also told to direct clients to the website to consider other Bell services to which I say “no thanks “. Fix this one first.

@Bell_Support Going through what must be one of the worst experiences with a service provider. Absolute negligence and uterless care for a basic experience. 4 days internet issues, 8 calls to your tech, ow you send me to a store where I get told .. wrong store. Wow!

@Bell_Support Bell Internet is still crap, new modem last week cuts in and out, kids doing online school all week keep getting booted.I pay decent $$ for Bell Internet here in semi rural Northern Ontario which has only been hot garbage @elonmusk any starlink kits in Canada avail?
