    @elTIGREblanc @Bell_Support Internet by a different service. Two cell phones. One on contract and basic good (2 level)cable.. meaning sh:t. Some shows 2014.

    @elTIGREblanc What? We've basic cable they put us on in an shifty way, - not on contract with satellite or one phone. That leaves one phone that's it @Bell_Support yet costs 300+ a month. Horrible phone support & service. Hospital tried + it said my number was not in service. Epileptic

    @Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

    @Bell_Support cont’d. So unfair taking her money and not allowing us to cancel when she doesn’t even live there anymore. Someone needs to have common sense and empathy and help us cancel this account

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
