    @FidoSolutions one of the most ridiculous services and bad customer service i ever saw. Thanks to @Bell i switched within 10 days and more happy to stay with Bell with excellent customer care support. Fido needs to hire more people to talk in real time

    @Bell_Support and @CRTCeng has already opened investigation into Canadians concerns that @bell is in breech of customer contracts by doing this new policy. Fix it cause CANADIANS WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @nath_beauregard @Bell @Bell sucks, I would never go back to them for home services, there internet sucks the most, the fastest speed they can only offer is 50mps, I asked about fibre and they don’t have a date as of yet
