Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CPbkfan BKFAN 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@CPbkfan) reported

@Bell_Support Generators, ever heard of them? 2.87 B in profits and still running your business like it's 1950. Deplorable customer service.

  • dynastradamus Dynastradamus (@dynastradamus) reported

NEVER use @Bell They dont care about customers. I got a “free” upgrade because Ive been with them over 12 years. My bill went from $130/month to $250/month. They con you out of your old plan, to get you on a worse plan, to offer you a “free” upgrade that you have to pay for.

  • MarcoManconi1 Marco Manconi (@MarcoManconi1) reported

@Bell_Support when will we get service back here in Tanglewood, Ottawa, ON? @KeithEgli

  • rachimeson Rachyll (@rachimeson) reported

@Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue

  • kbelly_76 Kelly Brassington (@kbelly_76) reported

    @Bell_Support is your email down

  • grufflyns gruffly 🌎🇨🇦🇺🇸 (@grufflyns) reported

@Bell For most of London ON, "Fibre" means 1km of copper from the nearest fibre node to your home, at 50Mbps, for around $100. It's pathetic. I used to live near Google in Kitchener, now that's actual Fibre service... 1Gbps up and down, for around $100.

  • YFarahat YFarahat (@YFarahat) reported

Dear @Bell , being told "this lower price is available for new customers only" is BS. Paying more than the advertised full price on the website is BS. Being accused of potentially committing fraud because I want to cancel the old subscription to sign up with the new price is BS.

  • mary_lynn_k Mary Lynn (@mary_lynn_k) reported

@YFarahat @Bell It’s ridiculous. They don’t give a **** about existing customers. It’s all about attracting new ones. This is why we left Bell too.

  • sammh20fall Samm (@sammh20fall) reported

@Bell_Support Why did all the responses to this post disappear? Removing things you don’t like doesn’t make them not true. Still no service 72+ hours later.

  • littlestfangg little fangg (@littlestfangg) reported

@Bell_Support Nothing works… We’ve been told 3 separate times that everything will be back up and running by X:YZ o’clock, and your site says there are no outage problems where we are. Help?
