@bell_support Confirmed with @sonimtech today they need to be sent back through Bell. @sonimtech says have Bell rep call them. Local Bell store says they can't do anything. It shouldn't be this hard. Please help?

@Bell_Support @redcrosscanada Thats really good. But how about also supporting your customers. And stop having your cell service go down alot. and fix bell selfserve and the data counter. So you dont charge us for more data. Just bcuz the data counter isnt working right. Get it fixed or youll lose customers.

@Bell Absolute worse internet provider I have dealt with. They have the worse equipment. My wifi in the same room has modem loses hundreds of mb/s. oh and all they say is wired speed. Well wifi should not drop that bad right beside the modem.

In 2022 @Bell thinks it’s okay for a customer to be out of all services, internet/phone/TV for 5 days before they can repair their own broken cable. Utterly ridiculous and I do not recommend #consumerSOS #toronto #canada

@Bell loves wasting peoples time. This is the FOURTH day of income that I lose, I had to take off work to wait for you guys to install my tv service and AGAIN no one shows up. Wtf guys? Do better. I’m cancelling my services. My time is valuable and this was a huge waste.

@Bell_support Struck out with the store, though they tried to help, and your online chat CSR. Your executive service (whatever that means) CSR just hung up on me.
