    @Bell did your services crash 2 nights ago near Peterborough? Calls & texts won't go through as of yesterday morning, & data is running on 3g. Services were fine until Wednesday, now I can't even call customer service to resolve this. Frustrating!

    @Bell_Support my internet has been down for almost 15 hours and there are various reports of people with wifi issues in the last 24 hours, how much more are we going to wait for a fix

    I was disappointed in the call from @Bell mobility loyalty department. The only question asked was if I am happy with my service and no information on upcoming offers or how they could make things better. It really sounded like they could care less.
