@Bell I would just like to expess my frustration with your level of service for mobile data in Saskatchewan. With the amount I have to pay to get 20 g's of data per month and deal with throttled data service that is less than half of what you say... after 10+ years.. done.

@Bell 2/2 the test is showing me we are getting 4.4 download and 0.6 upload???? Seriously? @RogersHelps where you at? Lets talk, my neighbour beside us 20’ away has zero issues. @bell has come and tried and failed many times, with an avg 2 hr phone call each time. Pics to follow

@bell is the worst ******* internet in toronto, i dont pay $300/month for my internet to turn off every 5 minutes. and even when it does connect it is nowhere near the 1.5gbps as advertised.

@Bell started the new year strong by cancelling my smart watch plan without my consent or following through with the deal agreed with @Bell_Support . Spending the short amount of time left of my holidays dealing with customers service wasn’t how I expected to kick off 2021.

I listen through the needlessly lengthy preamble, which I have to assume is designed to get people to hang up before they do the survey, as it’s more likely the people with negative things to say about @bell customer service will be more invested in completing the process.
