    @bell That was the strangest customer service experience Iโ€™ve ever had and Iโ€™m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I canโ€™t shop with you any more.

    @Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the appโ€™s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

    @ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

    @Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!
