Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jaye_mitch Janice Mitchell (@jaye_mitch) reported

Thinking very seriously about switching to @Eastlink for home internet and cable. Have had EXTREMELY frustrating ‘support’ from @Bell_Support TWICE in the last six months (resulting in HOURS on the phone) and totally disappointed and dissatisfied with their current service.

  • EsteveMurray Stephen Murray (@EsteveMurray) reported

Not only did @Bell report a year over year increased profit of $889M in Q4, they were also happy to take $123M from the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program meant to help struggling companies through the pandemic. All before firing over 200 people. #BellLetsTalk about that.

  • KenAlle96980215 Ken Allen (@KenAlle96980215) reported

@Bell_Support Crave is garbage - trying to watch Sopranos in between freezing - have never had such terrible reception and service!!

  • Max_Grincha Grincha (@Max_Grincha) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell spoke to 3 "technical specialists" in the past 3 days, none could fix my issue. 2 service calls neither fixed my issue. the next time I call that # is going to be to cancel my service...

  • J_Ko__ Janet Kovich (@J_Ko__) reported

@denncrocker @Bell @Rogers It really is. No sense of retention. Suck people in and then treat them like crap.

  • Deb0304 Dea** Use Common Sense * (@Deb0304) reported

@J_Ko__ @Bell I have home TV, fibe & landline at my rental here but only bc I got such a great Black Friday offer. At home I have satellite, landline (no cell service available) & internet + cell but I have the basic with everything & get a loyalty discount on home bill. Still almost $500/mth

  • ChrisChmielews1 Chris (@ChrisChmielews1) reported

@Bell @TSN_Sports thanks for finally convincing me to cut my cord and never watch tsn. You managed to cut @notontvotoole from a show claiming the need to streamline after you took federal funding for wage subsidies then paid out your shareholders.

  • Max_Grincha Grincha (@Max_Grincha) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell tech support clearly can't help me, is there even anyone else at that number that could possibly help??

  • KenAlle96980215 Ken Allen (@KenAlle96980215) reported

@Bell_Support Crave is ****!! It freezes constantly!! **** BELL!!

  • Deb0304 Dea** Use Common Sense * (@Deb0304) reported

@J_Ko__ @Bell Honestly they are all the same. And at one time you could deal with Bell Support here on Twitter and get a decent loyalty deal but now that's not allowed anymore. Bell gets roughly $450.00 /month from me. That's a decent car payment and I have nothing extra in services.
