Rogers down again in Brampton, how can a business run like this. I’m not looking for you to ask me to dm you @RogersHelps, I’m aware of the issue. How is it down for 2-3 hours during a work day. Get it together, guess we’ll switch to @Bell

@Bell_Support is no help! My Wi-Fi has gone down 4x today and they can't help unless I reset my PIN. Trust me, no one is pretending to be me and deal with this crap. Time to shop around for a new provider.

Thanks for nothing @Bell . Your lack of customer service currently rivals @Rogers . Waiting all day for promised installation at cottage, only to be told you lost order. Now 2 weeks b4 can re-schedule. After 32 mins, you dropped my call. Shame on you.

The data on my phone (different provider) in the woods or on the opposite side of the country is better than the service in my house next to my router. @Bell your response of “then switch providers” or having your managers call and belittle us is 🤯. #ruraldevelopment

@anathom @ONT_Dad @Bell How about the parent showing up to the office with money for the kid. When I refused to call the kid out of class, daddy texted him. He asked to use the washroom and got them money. Teacher was informed of what he did. Parents can be the worst enemy.
