@Bell_Support and next appointment is 8 September so it’s takes 10 days for you to fix a service or issue, this is irritating and annoying

  • dragonjay dragonjay (@dragonjay) reported

@Bell_Support I was promised a resolution to my horrible Fibe installation in 48 hours. It's now 72 hours, and landlines still dead, and Fibe still slow. You don't fix a problem by angering the customer again.

@Bell So incredibly glad I stopped being a Bell customer a few years ago after finally getting fed up with being abused for being a 30+ year loyal customer - which goes completely unappreciated by Bell especially

@Bell_Support Hey there. Having an outage all morning in Waterdown, Ontario. Have tried rebooting the modem and the virtual repair tool but still not experiencing an outage!

  • Sharad32418109 Sharad (@Sharad32418109) reported

@Matthew2002_ @Bell_Support The cable/fibre is owned by either Bell or Rogers. All these third parties run over their network. So on Bell CIKTEL can't provide more than what Bell offers i.e. 50 MBPS. And why not go with Rogers I'd use their network anyways.
