@Bell_Support looks like @Bell_Support has lost the ticket number, that I had used when I called about the issues 3 times so far. 4th time I am told ticket does not exist, what a joke, yet there are logs on my calls.

@Bell_Support "Thank you for getting back to us about this We will be checking in with our qualifications team to verify availability of the service & when it would be available for ordering once live on the system.They usually get back to us within 72 hours.. "that was Tuesday!
