@Bell 2 online extended chats, a DM & 1 in store visit. Only 2 b told I had to call. My call lasted almost 15 minutes while having 2 agents try to convince me 2 keep the service. 2 say I’m unimpressed with all aspects of your customer service would be an understatement. Do better

I had a @Bell technician scheduled to come out today. Bell calls and says there is an issue, we may have to cancel but maybe not. If it is cancelled you will get a txt otherwise it is still scheduled. I get no txt, wait for 6 hours. No tech comes. Thank you, Bell.

@Bell I request you to at least help me port my sim to another network. As your CSAs and Supervisors aren't able to help me with my problem and not even bothering to call me back when the call gets disconnected.

@Bell Lastly, Why do the packages keep going up,but the customer isn't getting anything in return. Let's say the customer was getting 100 up/down service, their bill goes up but nothing has changed, now if their speed went up to 150/150 that would make sense, but it doesn't ???

@Bell_Support Bell Internet is still crap, new modem last week cuts in and out, kids doing online school all week keep getting booted.I pay decent $$ for Bell Internet here in semi rural Northern Ontario which has only been hot garbage @elonmusk any starlink kits in Canada avail?
