    @Bell_Support internet and TV have both been a nightmare since 3 weeks ago... you guys sent me a new modem even though I said that wasn't the problem, I changed it and it basically just wasted my time. Please fix your damn network, it used to work but now it is horrendous.

    @Bell_Business @Bell @IDC My Niece Finally got their Internet down where they Live, Approx. 30 Mins from Halifax. N.S. From what she told me about the Hook Up experience, it's a good thing I wasn't there because that installer would be reported

    @Bell_Support Neighbourhood outage in Harcourt, ON area (K0L2X0). Told a crew MIGHT come this week to fix but any idea as to when?

    @Bell_Support Worst provider. They are incapable of resolving simplistic tasks. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!!!!

    Two of the pods fix the main issues, WiFi in the kitchen & living room. Two don't seem to work. That's ok since I don't really need them. Now, due to work from home, I wanted to fix the issue and have WiFi in all rooms. I call @Bell_Support. Story time.
