    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    @Bell #BellMobility you MUST fix this issue with your customers and NOT give garbage answers that only 3 mths credit can be applied! Your customer care reps fail to log previous requests. Calls are recorded - this is unacceptable & illegal! I will be reporting this to @bbb_us CA

    @Bell your CSA just lost a sale because your system can’t locate my address. I had this issue a few months ago when I had a service disruption. You service this area but why is my address not valid?

    @Bell forces Fibe on remote worker. #Bell dropped new line$ recently, so why would @Bell_Support repair old? Five days of outage so far, seven phone calls, one no-show tech, one failed commitment from escalation team, hours of frustration, and $200 for new modem.
