@Bell_Support I would like @bell and @Bell_Support to actually service my business so that I can function at full capacity again. 3 days to wait for this is not a reasonable expectation.

@Bell Yall are the worst of all, you don't care about the customers you only care about putting them in debt, thanks for your ****** service. Switching back to freedom at least they are not gold diggers

@Bell @TSN_Sports I pay an insane amount for your ****** service and you pack it full of ads. Meanwhile I stream the sky sports feed you're ******* pulling from and there's nothing. The absolute ******* worst company

Hugh Culliton (@CullitonHugh) reported
@Bell_Support Last time I asked, you sold me a new modem that didn't make a difference except costing me more $. This isn't a hardware issue, as the times my band-width crashes are the same every day. You are throttling my service deliberately. Sort it out or I'll revert to pigeons and flares.

@Bell_Support is there an outage in North Burlington? We’ve got no service at all
-
Jim Castle (@JimCastle13) reported
@Bell The problem in Canada is we have two main telecoms providing service. So basically we're at their mercy. Hence the high rates.
-
Jim Castle (@JimCastle13) reported
@Bell Does that include all the federal money for improving rural service? I learned this year that bell claims coverage for LTE but in fact there is zero coverage in the area. They even call back saying there is after two techs came by and got zero signal. Is that expanding service?

Jim Castle (@JimCastle13) reported
@rob_kincaid51 @Bell But they can report they provide service so the feds fork out more money for job well done.

@Bell @Bell_Support @Bell sending collection texts reminding someone their bill was due the other day is illegal on sundays in Nova Scotia… fix my service issues with your tower before you come at me for a 2 day late payment .

@culleton_rose @Bell_Support No, it's just the same prob I had during the pandemic: Throttled service during business hours and 10 min of buffering to load a program. Techs tell me it's because they're too cheap to upgrade the service here within the major growth region of Belleville for the next decade.
