@Chr1sTRoll @Bell_Support May I recommend Videotron instead? Bell is notoriously terrible here, and I've had very few issues with the other.

  • Chr1sTRoll Chris T. Roll 💙 (@Chr1sTRoll) reported

@Bell_Support Wellp - we were told to get a new modem, so we did. Didn't fix it. Then we called tech support and, after an hour and a half, they figured it out... hopefully, it holds this time. Because holy heck lads, moving house should not be this hard.

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell I've decided to send you a copy of the whole platform for testing purposes, there will be televisions, modems and cell phones for you to test on your landlines as a full customer endpoint solution.

  • rynmansfield Ryan Mansfield (@rynmansfield) reported

@Bell_Support I have been on the phone with your support team for hours over this. You have not fixed the problem and are well aware of it.

  • KFernandes76 Keith Fernandes (@KFernandes76) reported

Congratulations @Bell... you're no longer the worst provider. @Rogers seems to be able to do this with ease. #scammers

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell there, everything should be working, this network has a tendency to pressure me into good connections to do repairs that aren't needed. Try to prevent that please.

  • Twistedpoint1 Twistedpoint (@Twistedpoint1) reported

@Bell how in earth can you have 3 different prices on the same internet and when you call in to move forward none of them are eligible. "Sorry sir promos expire" it was the same day. Terrible excuse, service and just a waste of time

  • hariprasadhnair Hari (@hariprasadhnair) reported

@Bell Pathetic customer experience getting on to your fibe internet connection. I've been taking follow ups over follow ups and still there is no result. After repeated follow ups I get a tech visit for today and that too gets cancelled. Another "whoops we are sorry".

@NoSydGal2 I have signs on my door warning @Bell salesmen never to knock. I'm considering a SPAM complaint if Bell doesn't stop using their former client database to mail fliers and offers in my name. We have zero business now, and there's a time limit on their spamming ability

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@8ateTech @TorontoDefiant @Bell That isn't the point, they are Offering and taking the money for a package, that cannot be realized by the customer, because they don't give the customer the Hub 4000, to get it. Would you pay 150K for a Porsche, that had a Omni engine in it?
