@mikeystephens81 @Bell Left Bell 11 years ago and would 100% never return. Takes at least 3 or 4 phone calls and visits to get anything done correctly.

@tysmo @Bell_Support Bell support directly said it was for "energy saving" purposes, their words (doesn't mean it's true). Interestingly, to switch to their business Fibe service, it costs slightly less on a 1:1 for what I have now. Bell said it wouldn't make a difference re: "press select", though.

@Bell_Support Why is your support the worst in the country. Booked an appointment 8 days ago and then waited around ALL DAY for him to no show. Had to call in and spend an hour on the phone just to find out he's not coming. 0/100 service. Step it up.
