Why is it whenever @Bell @Bell_Support has a tech issue, I get a message that I've entered the wrong email password? It would be WAY less frustrating for clients if you'd just own up to your tech issues.

@Bell your customer service is sub standard at best! 2 technicians this week issue still not fixed as I sit on hold trying to reach a supervisor! I am your customer not your sub contractor running diagnostics for you!

@nethanger @Bell_Support Yes, I tried to sign in through the bell website and it said invalid credentials. When I it "forgot password" it led me to my bell account and told me I have no bell email.
