@Bell_Support my internet is insanely slow despite having the 1gigabit plan, speed tests show <1mbit download speeds. ive tried restarting the hh3000 but speeds are still abysmal please help

  • HealthyGamerNut Tobias Colt (@HealthyGamerNut) reported

@Bell Would love to, but you can't get your heads out of your asses and bring Fibre Op a couple dozen more feet down the road. So my only option is your bloody "highspeed" option, at 1.5mbps for 89.99 a month. Or ultra high speed at 99.99 a month and 7mbps. ****

  • J_Strachan97 Jordan Strachan (@J_Strachan97) reported

Honestly @Bell_Support your company is the worst service provider period.. unfortunately my current residence won’t allow for anything else so I’m stuck with you! So let it be know Bell can’t even provide 10 mbs when I live in the heart of town

  • jesusrod22 Jesus R (@jesusrod22) reported

@Bell how is it possible to upgrade to a better speed and plan and then tell me a week from today I’ll get the installation but also CANCEL THE CURRENT PLAN?! No internet for a week? ARE YOU NUTS? How can I work from home? Sure so reliable…🙄

@Bell’s @crave is the WORST streaming service: 1) Forgotten password -> no verification text or email received x3 devices and many attempts. 2) Found old device w saved password, log in, hit play -> error:“unable to play media” 3) Try to mirror to Mac from phone -> same error
