@Bell_Support where do I DM account details to fix Bell One Bill issue on my monthly bill that is taking away my time.

  • _slyfoxxx Mαrie (@_slyfoxxx) reported

@Bell Old router used to me great - service all throughout the apartment. New one = service in one room. Totally a rip off to charge me more to be able to use my wifi

  • angns Angtraderna (@angns) reported

@Bell “Upgraded” my internet and now its complete garbage. I don’t want to call tech support and I don’t want to buy pay for the stupid pods. I’m so annoyed. Everyone I know who had to upgrade has the same issue.

  • Frank_c_b Frank B. (@Frank_c_b) reported

@newbery_j @Bell The problem is that Rogers is just as bad if not worse. I blame the CRTC for not ensuring a competitive environment and instead lining their pockets with lobbyists’ money.

  • kurlyredhead Tasha (@kurlyredhead) reported

@Bell HA, hilarious to see this on my feed considering ALL of your techs have laid the blame on Xbox and Microsoft and not on Bell's ****** internet service. We were upgraded to the best speeds Bell has and our download speeds are worse than they've ever been.

  • BrettLindros1 Brett Lindros (@BrettLindros1) reported

@Bell Do not ever purchase anything with Bell. Of the big 3 they are the worst!!! And by far. Almost impressive how awful of a company they are

  • WRMII WRM2 (@WRMII) reported

@Bell You're so far behind. People should buy their own mesh systems and avoid the disfunctional junk you've been installing for years. Scam. Or dishing out $100+ to watch endless commercials? Take your crap offerings and stuff them. People have other options these days.

  • Simser93 Simser (@Simser93) reported

@Bell Il throw them 10 times as much on your slow internet Iim only offered 50 mbs Rogers offers 1500 get with the program

  • vttoth 🐭 Viktor Toth (@vttoth) reported

@Bell_Support The problem appears to have been resolved. Forgive the frustration but when I follow the explicit (!) instructions in the e-mail and reply with comments, only to be told that the reply address itself is not valid... Please have better QA on these mailings and the Business Portal.

  • newbery_j Joe Newbery (@newbery_j) reported

@Bell You have never deemed any place other than heavily populated areas worthy. Taking all that government funding but never using it for anything more than lining your pocket. The CRTC won't be able to float your company forever. Bell...poster child for all that is being done wrong.
