    @RogersHelps the amount of poor reps taking calls and lying with promos. Telling me the bill will be high and will balance the next month. It’s worth to payout the penalty and go to @Bell since they just came to my door!$85 internet & TV

    @Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.

    @TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.

    @Bell @Virgin still waiting on resolution... still receiving scam calls daily... Second time asking: does @Bell have some type of Call Control for home?
