Just ported 2 lines from @TELUS and 1 line from @Bell over to @Rogers. The decision to leave both was based mostly on crappy customer service. We were with Telus for at least 15 years. #TreatYourCustomersRight

My phone bill went up 20% this month due to "higher network demands and costs." @Bell made $687M in Net Income Q1. Wish there was open competition in the telcom space in Canada to bury these white collar criminals.

Where’s the value to me as a consumer to be loyal, when you offers are insulting at best and straight pathetic at worst. @Bell has the best price (for me) but @TELUS has that nifty call screening feature. Telus also gives me a proper 30% EPP.

So, normally calls from your local Telco are annoying and useless. BUT, I must say, @Bell called and it was actually very useful. Short, sweet, and got me to remain a customer instead of being on the fence about leaving. #customerservice

In case anyone was wondering - haven’t been an @bell customer for ten years- trying to get signed back up for turbo hub is a nightmare. Customer service hasn’t changed. Same old @bell. Back to the store I go after two hours on hold.

@Bell so apparently it's a $15 service fee to speak with a customer rep for 5 mins on the phone to make a change to my account? Which I wasn't told about till after. On top of the $25 to add a GB of data when I already spend $120 a month. #robbery #garbage let's talk my ***
