@Bell So if I understand you provide poor indoor internet at exorbitant rates then offer to fix it for just another 10 bucks a month. Thank goodness for the CRTC to give a semi monopoly so you can get away with this

@Bell @Bell_Support What a terrible service. Trying to get a cellphone plan and they have hung up my calls 3 times If this is the customer service you offer, I should probably stay away. By the way, I am an Internet Service customer.

  • rob_yetman rob_yetman (@rob_yetman) reported

Once again @Bell service is the worst.. cant even make a phone call.. or receive one. Its pretty funny when @instagram calls work better than the countries largest telecom provider.. fix your **** @Bell 100 bux a month for a service that doesnt work 95 % of the time.

@jmussi @Bell @lisalaflamme And unless you need to tell them your bill is wrong. Or generally need ANYTHING from customer service so they transfer you to 14 different people. (That really happened).

  • CorruptedForms Corrupted Forms (@CorruptedForms) reported

@Bell I just had a canvaser in Hamilton come looking to get my business after the @Rogers outage. I told him Bell was here a short while back updating their lines and CUT OUR INTERNET after they promised us they wouldnt. Thats how to get potential customers to hate your brand.
