@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

@KerrieNation @Bell_Support They don’t want to talk about it, but Canada’s “Big 3” telcos piggyback on parts of one another’s networks, thereby causing the possibility of a countrywide communications and commerce blackout. Sad but true. We need a publicly owned nation-wide backup network, period.

@RogersHelps So you want me to bundle ALL my services with you for what reason? To be without internet, TV, and mobile service for more than 24 hours. You service level belongs in a developing country, not Canada. Get me the ability to contact @Bell asap.

This @Rogers @RogersHelps outage (still not back up properly...funny how I can only use Twitter & Reddit via cellular data, but YouTube is fully functional) further emphasizes we cannot have two companies monopolizing our telecommunications (yes, calling you out too @Bell)
