Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Bell high chance you have a worse customer rep. department then @Rogers . Does any canadian provider know what the hells going on when it comes to customer service?

  • Cultivarinspire Cultivar (@Cultivarinspire) reported

@Bell After an escalation, I got a technician first thing this morning and he fixed the issues. What I found hilarious is for a telecom company helpline (business and landlines from menu) not to recognize voltage or to think PBX is a game console then try to gaslight me. Thank you

  • ETRdotTVRon Ron Shaw (@ETRdotTVRon) reported

@Bell ...an example was when it bought ExpressVU the Direct to Home satellite TV pioneer in Canada. I knew their executives. Being acquired by Bell solved their money problems, but ultimately destroyed their culture AND the company, the remnants of which barely exist within Bell now ..

  • Nilimatiwari Nilima Tiwari (@Nilimatiwari) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I bought an Apple Watch from Bell on Aug 6 for my daughter, but it has never connected to cellular service. After hours on calls, the issue is still with level 3 support and I’ve had no updates. Very disappointing experience — I paid for a product I can’t use

  • Cultivarinspire Cultivar (@Cultivarinspire) reported

I called @Bell as I am having an issue with my landlines’ voltage. The nice lady on the phone told me to call a local electrician. ( and gave me the attitude 😝)

@bell No roaming or service in the US, what is going on?

  • jaycutlerrrr fat mahomes (@jaycutlerrrr) reported

FIX YOUR ******* CABLE NOW @Bell

  • singh_aman96 Aman Singh (@singh_aman96) reported

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk not able to resolve my Internet issue from past 2 weeks. I don’t want to explain issue anymore to anyone now I’ve don’t it enough number of time. Your service is the worst I’ve seen. After spending 100 CAD this is what we get. @Rogers is 100% better

  • ETRdotTVRon Ron Shaw (@ETRdotTVRon) reported

@Bell ...I could go on with more examples, and personal experiences, but suffice to say that I'm writing this to declare that Canadians should no longer support Bell as a supplier of telecom services. Instead, hitch your wagon to Rogers. OF COURSE Rogers is FAR from perfect...

  • ETRdotTVRon Ron Shaw (@ETRdotTVRon) reported

@Bell ...maybe Rogers will work their magic and make the Leafs a contender for the Stanley Cup, which has eluded our City since 1967. Bottom line, my conclusion is that if you support successful independent entrepreneurs then hold your nose and SUPPORT ROGERS!
