There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, I'm only seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.

They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng

Oomby (@Oombyy) reported@VirginPlusCare At least they probably didn't have the @Bell_Support tech show up and say a previous tech "cleaned up the panel" which resulted in us being disconnected...and since it's now full, he can't fix it until he talks to central on Monday at the earliest...😭😭😭
