    @Bell_Support @Bell May I please have a call back regarding my wifi service? I have been struggling w/this for far too long; I do not want to call in to be put through troubleshooting options w/a machine.I know the troubleshooting options all to well now & NEED 2 speak w/a human.

    @Bell I have been your client for almost 2 years and 3 months. Recently I contacted your call center and told them a problem. The officer told me that I have to pay fee to have the technician visit my address. I find it outrageous. Please have my issue fixed on priority. Horrible

    @Bell @Bell_Support 2/2 Her best friend phoned today to have the service changed over to his name and they refused to do so. This doesn’t sit well with me. Not only do we need to worry about 100 other things right now as well as the unforeseen costs of this situation.

    Yeeeah, @Apple, you AND @Bell / @Bell_Support can get ******, especially after what you've all tried to pull today. Trying to cut off my phone at 199.49? When you're only supposed to do so after it surpasses $300? Psh, aight, new phone and new carrier time LOL, bc **** THAT!

    Cogeco has to be the worst internet provider in the world. How is 7-10 days acceptable to be without internet????? 3rd time this has happened, yet they’re still taking my money. Is Bell any better? @cogecohelps @Bell_Support
