@RogersHelps @Bell You lost me as a mobile after 21 years +++ over a redundant $120 charge that customer service refused to remove. I was literally standing in the Bell store & moved my number as the guy in retention basically told me to get lost. A weight off my shoulders tbh.

  • mark_whitelaw Mark Whitelaw (@mark_whitelaw) reported

Hey @Bell it's not ok at all to have your solicitors come to our house demanding personal info. A simple "no" should suffice. We are not a customer and never will be for this very reason. They would not leave us alone.

  • tasharainstreet Natasha Lukic (@tasharainstreet) reported

@Bell I am not sure what sort of games you're playing with your customers. I've requested a callback multiple times and haven't received. System won't allow me to hold and am having issues. Terrible customer service, very disappointed

  • CaptainsGuess Spencer B. Tracy 🍸🍷🍹 (@CaptainsGuess) reported

@Sportsnet #Oilers #Kings Anyone else getting a flicker on the centre ice camera? Damn irritating. May be a @Bell issue but this has been continuing for three days. Tried rebooting several times. No success.

  • JayHarwood360 Jay (@JayHarwood360) reported

@Bell Ancaster, ON L9K, are you having internet issues? On Fibe, speeds have dropped to dial up modem era…

  • voiceoverqueen Jacqueline Pillon (@voiceoverqueen) reported

Now it’s kind of #funny. The #badcustomerservice is reaching a new high. Every note starts “I’m sorry you are feeling this way..” EVERY ONE then they repeat why it’s my fault. @bell and @bellservice is just talking to an automated script. You will NEVER GET HELP. DONT USE BELL!!!

  • hennpenn10 Shauna K (@hennpenn10) reported

Anyone else having Bell issues this morning north of #ygk?? @Bell

  • GONE_iam Sᴀɴᴅʀᴀ. 🇨🇦🏴‍☠️ (@GONE_iam) reported

@Bell Bell is THE worst phone company to exist. Constant scams to get clients to pay more, harassing clients, threatening clients… I’d rather shave my head & get hit by a bus than join Bell.

  • MARIELIA470310 MARI ELIA (@MARIELIA470310) reported

@Bell but why does everything take forever with you!? Holding, getting security clearance, explaining YOUR error, holding again for the correct dept. it never ends!

  • joinedafterelon JoinedafterElon (@joinedafterelon) reported

@Bell 800 dollars for a month's worth of local calls? In 2010? But why? Any plan in my price range would have had evenings and weekends that started at 5pm by 2010. Can't you just pretend I'm a new customer? Instead of at the end of a three year contract?
