Dear @Bell_Support - your small biz support services suck. Not even sure what I’m paying for. After 3 weeks, 3 tech visits, a missed tech visit (I wasted 2 hrs waiting for), still don’t have wifi functioning on my patio. Looking forward to calling @cogeco today.

@Bell Extremely disappointed with installation service. Aunt in LTC in Chatham has been without phone for almost 2 weeks. It is her lifeline to family! Tech very rudely refused rapid test rqd to entire when he was sent to install service Thursday. How did someone not know?

@Bell_Support hello. Chatted in last night with tech support due to no service. They transferred me to Tier 2 where no one picked up after quite some time. Hoping to get this issue solved without starting square one.

@davidhindsmith @Bell_Support @TekSavvyBuzz I’ve been thinking of switching over. I negotiate pricing with Bell on all our services - 2-3 months later, pricing starts to rise. Never had this issue with Cogeco. It’s time to do some shopping
