Hey @Bell_Support is anyone on your support line that actually knows what they’re doing? I’ve been transferred 5 times to 4 different “departments” and then I got hung up on. Quality services as always. Glad I considered you guys for a cellphone plan. God y’all are hopeless

@DPocroianu @Bell Yes, talking about your journey can be part of healing. Aggressors don’t want us to speak publicly because not only does it make them look bad (hence attempts at defamation counter-claims 🙄), but abusers feel that we should suffer for “ruining their reputations.” You got this!

@Bell Escalated the issue to Case Management and got assurances that someone would come by this afternoon, but no one showed up or phoned, and Maureen in CM just went home without contacting me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. 2/2

@Bell sucks again! Earlier this week it rained and our Bell phone line went out. One hour waiting for them to answer (Your call is so unimportant to us we play canned music in your ear) and an appt for the tech to see us ONE MONTH LATER. It snowed today. Our line is out again.

I am being sued by the manager that assaulted me @Bell. He called me weak every single day for having #anxiety. He told me to never" talk back to him when I told him to stop putting his hands on me. My mind disassociated feeling violated every day @Bell
