Really disappointed with @Bell_MTS @Bell service. Since January 29th, I’ve been unable to create a profile for my Bell Mobility account, and multiple support interactions later still no resolution. No one has been able to identify the issue. This shouldn’t be this hard. @Bell

@ryangerritsen @Bell Everybody: "Just tell Rogers you're cancelling and they'll offer you a much cheaper package" Me: "I'd like to cancel my service" Rogers: "Sorry to see you go"

@ryangerritsen @Bell They often don’t notify you of increases either. Ours increased a lot and we had no warning. No one could tell us why until we escalated it to management. We cancelled our services and got a better deal and better service elsewhere.

@Bell Please help! Bell upgraded my inet to 50Mbps. Since then, Fibe TV is down & internet speed never went above 25Mbps. Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!

@Bell I literally have been on hold for 1.5 hours for what your system would be a 6 minute wait to activate Crave. You should spend less on marketing and more on your garbage call centers in the Phillippines. I HATE you.#CdnPoli #MarkCarney sucks!

@SpaceSector001 @Rogers @Bell That’s interesting. Don’t forget Telus is the ground infrastructure and support for starlink in Canada (hence “Telus internet” on WestJet planes)

@northyorkcondo @ryangerritsen @Bell I've been in my unit for 11 yrs now. They've increased the rent every year. While I understand I'm paying under market value currently. They also haven't done a thing other than fixed a clogged section of drainage plumbing and replaced a shower head and broken diverter

@ryangerritsen @Bell Is VMedia available where you are? They're way cheaper than the big two even though they supply either Bell or Rogers internet. For tv service try alibox. $14/M if you pay for the full year up front.

Hey @Bell why does your internet suck so bad lately?
