    @bell customer service is the absolute worst. For FIVE months I've been trying to get my internet bill corrected because I'm being overcharged. Each month I spend HOURS retelling my situation to the next employee. BELL, FIX THIS.

    @OriginalGoove My wife and I were so mad at rogers that we considered switching to @Bell_Support. The thing that stopped us is how they treat their employees. If they do that to the famous ones, how do they treat the rest of them? How do they treat their customers?

    @Bell Day 6 and still limited-to-no data service in the Waldemar, Ontario area for mobility customers. Many people affected, yet customer service says no issues or known outages. Terrible service! @FP_Champagne

    @IanDMorrison @CTVNews @Bell Hello. That is how big organizations treat people they purge. The same thing happened to me when they did a reorg at my nationally based company after 37 years of service. You are told, and you must leave. No goodbyes.
