@Bell Fibe is now available in my area and I decided to make a complete switch over only to be reminded how badly my service experience has always been. However it’s not too late to cancel my contracts because of installation delays and mismanagement. Nothing has changed @Bell

Hey @Bell your customer service is trash. I’ve been getting spammed with a dozen marketing calls to sign up for internet over the past week, even though I’m already a customer. Then I wait for 46 mins on hold trying to get service and never got through to anyone. Do better.

It is also connected to the Lifeline emergency service. If anything had happened to her today, she'd not have been able to call for help. Now, here is why @bell didn't want to fix her phone line. They're in the process of replacing copper wiring with fiberoptics...

Hey @Bell, why do you make everything so difficult? Just need to switch to a new nano-sim for my mom's new phone we got her. Terrible experience on the phone and was told to just go in store. Once her prepaid account is at zero, definitely switching once and for all.

@Bell I am really disappointed in your customer service and technical knowledge. I got billed wrongly, and after multiple calls, I was assured that the wrong charge would be removed, and it still shows on my bill. Biggest telecom company and can not do one small tech stuff ?

Hey, @Bell, how can I convince you to finally put a sense of urgency on my Fibe Internet installation? Let me take you back to December 20th, when I was bright eyed and bushy tailed with excitement at saving money over my current ISP, with purportedly better service....

@Bell_Support Unfortunately they are spoofed calls and continue to occur. @Bell_Support @Bell - So far I’ve had nine callers in one hour. Being on the “No Call” list does not help with this type of garbage.

@Bell would you please provide an update including estimated time of repair to the 200 plus customers who have had no internet or tv service since the 23rd due to the fibre cable problem on Champlain Rd in Tiny/Penetanguishene. Thank you
